The Board members will collaborate together on the direction of WAR and what talent should be used with the WAR GM handling the general nature of the show while the SEF:WUN GM oversees her. The Director/Producer will make any big decisions and usually handle headliners and main events.

Hawk ducks a clothesline to spring off the ropes and right into a boot to his face. Nash hoisting JR up for the Jacknife Powerbomb and drops into the pin ending the match.

A bit of a one sided match with RVD delivering kicks from all angles, rolling thunder, and finishes Skull off with the Five Star Frog Splash to end the match after a pin.

Bubba Ray Dudley v. Drew Stevenson
Referee: Doug Melvin
Bubba mowed down Drew with clotheslines and punches before punishing him with a bearhug. Drew tried to counter the Dudley, but Bubba with a lust in his eyes that could not be denied and led to a Bubba Bomb for the pin to end the match.

Rapid v. Heather Jackson

Rapid teasing Heather at first and flirts with her, but gets rolled up and kicked into a corner. The WAR World Champ grounding Heather quickly and gets the Jackson put away with a pin after the RX Explosion.

1st Fall: SEF World Heavyweight Championship
2nd Fall: WUN World Heavyweight Championship
Mack(c) v. CM Punk v. Johnny X v. Elizabeth Marret(c)
Referee: Smokey McWeed
Mack targeted the most as usual with Johnny and Punk wanting The Showsteala, but Elizabeth makes it seem like a tag match at several points to help Mack fight the other two. Punk getting Mack to himself through a lot of the match and both men back up their monikers giving us a match to remember. Elizabeth no slouch either and Johnny proving he is a threat to the World Title, any of them, with several near falls and big moves trying to end this one. Mack takes the first fall to retain his SEF Title after Da Shows Ova to Johnny.
Winner of 1st Fall and still SEF World Champion: Mack @ 21 Minutes 25 Seconds
Elizabeth trying to make Punk submit to the Southern Sleeper and Mack breaking it up to go after Punk, but has to deal with his wife now. Mack and Elizabeth tear it up a bit looking ready to finish this, but Johnny recovering to hit Elizabeth with the X-Cution. The CEO out of the ring and Mack lighting up Johnny with chops, but gets taken down with a spinning wheel kick from Punk. Johnny looking for a ddt to Punk, but gets twisted around and whipped into the ropes. Punk leapfrogging Johnny's X-Cution and Mack staggering up is the one who takes the spear. Punk into a roundhouse kick on Johnny sends him out of the ring, so Mack gets the GTS and pinned to end the match.
Winner of 2nd Fall and NEW WUN World Champion: CM Punk @ 32 Minutes 49 Seconds
