(Mack wins the DOGG Title from DeeJay George on this date and merges it with the XCW Title into the real SEF Title since he is still champ, so it is used from here on out thus XCW and DOGG titles are vacated and defunct)

(Mack beats Matt Matlock in a Prison Yard match)

(Matlock takes the title to W2K where David Van Dam steals it, but Shane Mack shows up with a superkick to DVD taking it back, then superkicks Matlock for letting it get stolen and gives him the belt back)

The history of this title is not known before SEF due to records not being kept by its previous Owner, so the date we go by is when XCW re-opened, but Velzian's reigns will be noted as he was a former five time XCW champ before re-opening the company in June of '03, Strife also was a former two time champion before the reopening in '03.
