Evolution 9 {5/9/03}

A pyro shoots down from the rafters and is followed by several as Evolution 169 by Nevermore begins playing and Evolution kicks off live from the sold out Halifax Metro Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada! The camera pans over the screaming crowd, showing many of them who are waving their signs in the air before it cuts over to ringside where Joey Styles and Eric Bischoff are sitting at the commentators table!

Styles: Hello people of Canada, Joey Styles here along with Eric Bischoff and tonight is looking good!

Bischoff: I agree with that one! Tonight Aaralyn Michai who say she is the queen of hardcore gets the opportunity of a lifetime, she faces perhaps the best athlete in SEF today, Daddy Mack with a shot at not only the World Title, but the IC Title as well!

Styles: And its hardcore rulez, so with these two, no telling what will happen or how it will end, but we all know this will be a great match!

Bischoff: Yes it will, but also tonight the Women's Title is on the line when Patricia fights Torrie Wilson!

Styles: Nice one! The card opener looks to be good as well, Bubba Ray, Scott Blaze, and Strife fight for the chance to go to Starcade for the US Title!

Bischoff: Nice prize on the line, should be a good match! Bubba's brother is in action as well when D-Von faces Jamie in singles action!

Styles: Don't forget about that tag match to see who faces the tag champs next week, but now, lets get started!





Triple Threat Match
#1 Contender To SEF United States Championship At Starcade

All three men make their way down to the ring and have a staredown before Bubba focuses on Strife and charges him, knocking him down and laying in some right hands! Scott runs and dropkicks Bubba in the back of the head, then kicks Strife in the ribs and picks him up giving him a backbreaker! Bubba get sup and Scott starts throwing right hands which Bubba responds too with his own rights! Bubba quickly knees Scott in the gut and whips him into the ropes looking for a clothesline, but Scott ducks and comes back with a cross body block into a pin, 1.........2..........Strife elbows drops Scott in the back, then picks him up and throws him to the outside! Strife then grabs Bubba and tries for the agony crush, but Bubba shoves him into the ropes and ends up grabbing him in a full nelson and hits the bubba bomb! As Bubba is laid back for a second on the mat, Scott comes off the top t/b hitting a frog splash on Bubba and pins, 1..........2.........3!

Boom hits and Scott celebrates his victory with Patricia as the two pose together!

Styles: Nice match, very solid and well done by all three men! Scott picked up a big win!

Bischoff: He sure did and now heads into Starcade to face Spike for the US Title!





SEF Women's World Championship

Patricia makes her way out for her match and waits for about five to ten minutes, but Torrie doesn't not come out, so the ref issues a ten count and count Torrie out and awards the match to Patricia!

Lillian Garcia: Here is your winner by countout and still Women's Champion..........Patricia Stratigias!

Styles: Well, at least Patricia showed up, but damn that Torrie Wilson!

Bischoff: Yea, Torrie didn't deserve a title shot anyways!





Singles Match

The match begins with Jamie flying at D-Von with a forearm smash, but D-Von ducks and grabs Jamie's head slamming him to the mat! D-Von then picks up Jamie and looks for a body slam, but Jamie slips behind him and dropkicks D-Von in the back, then runs the ropes and comes back with a spinning kick to D-Von's head! Jamie goes up top and looks for the 450 splash, but as he comes down, D-Von rolls away, but Jamie manages to hit D-Von's bad arm! D-Von screams in pain, but jumps and starts kicking the hell out of Jamie, then picks him up and whips him into the ropes, looking for clothesline! Jamie ducks and shoves D-Von into the ropes, then dropkicks him in the back causing him to fall across the second ropes! Jamie runs across the ring and nails the 619, then goes up top and hits the 450 splash on D-Von and pins, 1..........2...........3!

Lillian Garcia: Here is your winner by pinfall............Jamie!

Jamie's music hits while he poses in the ring, but the celebration is short lived as Bubba Ray and Spike come running and jump on Jamie, beating him down! Bubba and Spike do the whasssuupp headbutt, then Spike grabs a table and sets it up in the middle of the ring! D-Von lifts up Jamie and Bubba grabs his head and they give Jamie the 3D through the table! Bombshell hits while all three Dudleyz pose together!

Styles: Wow, Jamie may have won, but the Dudlez just showed everyone that they are on the same page!

Bischoff: That they did! Their not my favorites to say the least, but what an assault on Jamie!

The Winner Of This Match Will Merge The IC Title With The World Title; The IC Title Will Be Taken Out Of Active Competition

Aaralyn Michai and Daddy Mack both make their way down to the ring doing their respective poses and soon the two are standing face to face staring at each other, both with straight faces, but a look of respect in their eyes! Mack then backs up a lil and stretches his arms out, motioning to some weapons laying about, daring Aaralyn to pick one up! She looks at him cautious, but sees a singapore cane and gets a grin, then reaches for it! As she gets to it, Mack rushes her and kicks her right in the head knocking her backwards, then clotheslines her to the mat! Mack then grabs the cane and looks to hit Aaralyn who is on her knees and just before he does, she nails him with a low blow and snatches the cane, then nails Mack in the head with it and goes to work on his knees, beating on him unmercifully! Mack tries getting away and ends up kicking her allowing him to roll outside and regroup! Aaralyn however flies over the top rope with a somersault plancha on Mack, but he is able to stay upright and grab her, powerslamming her to the floor with a big impact! Mack then picks up Aaralyn and whips her into the steel steps shoulder first, then pushes the top step away and sets her up for a piledriver on the bottom step and hits it! Aaralyn lays there holding her head, but tries getting to her feet as Mack grabs a chair and nails her across the back, then slides the chair in the ring and tosses Aaralyn in as well! Mack gets a table and slides that in, then looks around for something till he finally finds it, a twenty foot ladder which he starts to slide in when Aaralyn does a baseball slide and bashes it into Mack's head! Aaralyn pulls herself back up and sets up the table, then pulls the ladder into the ring and rests it in the corner! She looks to get out of the ring, but Mack is up on the apron now, his head bleeding a lot from that ladder and he is staggering some! Aaralyn grabs him and gives him a suplex into the ring, then grabs a trash can lid and starts hitting him in the head causing him to bleed more! Mack appears to be hurting, but looks pissed and fights up, blocks her arm with the lid and nails a huge clothesline on her! Mack then regroups a lil and then grabs that singapore cane and as Aaralyn gets up, he cracks her right over the head, then nails her once in the ribs before she falls! Mack then jumps out of the ring and searches around again till he finds another of his toys, a sledgehammer! He starts climbing in the ring, but Luke out of fear for Aaralyn grabs his leg! Whitney however spins Luke around allowing Mack to bash Luke in the back of the head with the hammer, laying him out! Aaralyn recovers and dropkicks Mack in the back causing him to land on Whitney! He jumps up and looks at her, but quickly grabs the hammer and heads back in the ring only to receive a elbow drop to the head from Aaralyn! Aaralyn then picks up Mack and whips him into a corner, but gets reversed! Mack runs at her, but gets kicked in the face! Aaralyn quickly jumps on the second t/b and clotheslines Mack! She then gets up and sees the sledgehammer, picks it up and gets an evil grin on her face! She walks closer to Mack who holds up his one hand while having the other on the singapore cane behind his back! As Aaralyn gets close to him and raises up the hammer, Mack swings out the cane and catches Aaralyn in leg, then jumps up and nails her in the head! She drops the hammer and falls to the mat! Mack drops the cane and picks up the hammer, then gets behind and wait s as she gets up! Once she is up and turns to him, Mack nails her square in the head with the hammer, laying her out, then moves the table near a corner, rolls a bloody Aaralyn on it, Mack bleeding quite badly as well though! He then sets up the ladder in the opposite corner and climbs to the very top of it and raises his hand up doing the XR sign before leaping off and landing on Aaralyn with the mack attack, sending them both through the table! Mack ends up flipping off Aaralyn, but after a few seconds, he crawls over and drapes an arm on her for the pin, 1..........2..........3!

Lillian Garcia: Here is your winner by pinfall, still World Champion and new IC Champion..............Daddy Mack!

The ref gets both titles as Cowboy hits and he hands them to Mack and raises his hand who is still on the mat! He grabs the ropes and manages to pull himself up, looks down to Aaralyn, then looks to his titles and just nods his head respectively before raising the titles in the air! Whitney get sin the ring and poses with Mack before the two leave the ring! Afterwards, Luke helps Aaralyn out of the ring, but not before the crowd gives her a standing ovation for her performance!

Styles: What a match we just witnessed! Aaralyn Michai may not have won, but by god she gave a show to be damn proud of!

Bischoff: What a woman is what I gotta say! She is one tough broad, but Mack is the best, so there is no shame in losing!

Styles: True, very true, she should not be ashamed! It was a great match! But now people, we have to go, so until Tuesday, goodbye and goodnight!
