...and its time to takeover over wrestling, its time to take back our sport of wrestling and it finally begins tonight...

(Somewhere in the back of The Mack Arena in Flint Michigan is a figure in black standing in the shadows with eyes piercing out like daggers meaning this must be The Phoenix.)

"The time is almost near for everyone to witness the dawn of a new era and more because tonight you all get to be a part of history, to see, to feel the coming of a new age in professional wrestling. We are a new World society and there are more of us than you know."

(The Phoenix spreads his arms out wide indicating he has friends to join him.)

(From the left comes Nick Torres in black while Cliff O Clink steps from the right and The Phoenix lowers his arms while his friends stand on either side, all three men win the shadows, but making their presence felt tonight as the new World society begins to form. Nick breaks the silence first.)

"Many more indeed for the nWs will have not only the talent, but the numbers advantage. We are not going quietly into any night, no, we are fighting on and on in every war. We are the nWs."

(Cliff speaks up now.)

"And tonight we resurrect SEF into our vision, into the new World society. We are taking back professional wrestling and there is no one who can do a damn thing about it. Nobody cam stop us and time will prove that we are untouchable, we are the nWs."
