Yesterday morning Frank E Dangerously met with Viper in a desert surrounded by the Hall of Famer's biker club where apparently the ownership of SEF would transfer hands. Although we did not see Frankie sign the documents he took from Viper, he would announce late last night he was indeed the new Owner.
