Cruella Perry is from blackpole England. She and her sister, Sierra are devil worshipers and have been since they were children. The two are known to the wrestling world as the Perry Sisters and are known as the most evil sisters in the world.

They were not born into devil worshipping, but took it up as teenagers. Cruella is not a very friendly person. She is very unpleasant and doesn't talk much to people. She lives inside a church with her sister, Sierra. They saw their village burn to the ground during wars in their homeland. There are rumors to be a younger sister that lives in England that Cruella never talks about.
