He knows that Shane is still upset about what happened to Brandy last week on Extreme, so that means he hasn't talked to him afraid he will take it out on him. He has be focused on the match, and even though they are both in the second round that don't mean that both of them will make it to the next round. He is backstage, and looks at the camera, and starts talking. Cody Jericho I am facing Matt Fox in the second round of the IC Championship tournament, and Shane is upset about what happened to Brandy last week on Extreme. I can't talk to him when he is like that, but really Matt it is just you and me in the ring. I am looking forward to facing you in the ring, and I will be more then my A game to this match. I more then ready for anything you throw at me, and it will be a great match. Unlike Shane I don't get mad like he does, but I was worried about my soon to be sister-in-law. Right now the only thing on my mind is this match with you, and one of us will be moving on rather it will you and me the one that does will deserve it.
