Well....welll....well! Look at who's back to give you guys the songs to get off your asses and have a great weekend to! Took some time off to spend with my kids before we get back into the flow of school work.

The first is a great song from the "SouthPaw" soundtrack that gets me revved up and my kids dancing to and the movie is WONDERFUL! The song is called "Phenomenal" by Eminem!
