However she has yet to actually step into the ring, so this may change. Biography Jessica Winters was working in a public relations job in Sacramento, California. A young lady, not the most attractive of all but certainly beautiful, she was good at her job. One day she met one of her most challenging jobs when she was asked to be a consultant for wrestling superstar Matt Matlock. At first she was taken aback by how rude he was, and how blatantly sexist and perverted he seemed to be. In fact when he put the moves on her she clocked him in the jaw, actually knocking him out with how hard she hit him. He got up not long after, and he apologized for his behavior, and Jessica started to see his softer side, the one that the cameras don't often see. It wasn't long after that before they went on their first date, and they continued to date while Matt kept up his wrestling schedule. In fact it's rumoured that Matt did skip a couple of matches just to be on a date with her. About two years ago Jessica and Matt were engaged to be married, and she played a part in the lead up to Matt winning the ICWA Heavyweight Title, appearing by his side to give him a bit more of a human side which helped to get the crowd on his side. Part of the reason for Matt going into semi-retirement was to spend more time with her, but she could see being away from the business bothered him. When he was offered the chance to go back to work in Fall of 2009, she convinced him to return to the ring. At that time Jessica quit her job and asked Matt a strange request; she wanted to be trained as a wrestler, despite her relatively small size. Still Matt loved her and did what he could, teaching her all he had learned over the past seven years. Now he's managed to negotiate a contract for her for SEF, where she'll accompany Matt as he journeys to the SEF Championship, hoping to garner some success for herself along the way.
