Shakedown 7 {10/12/08}

Time for Shakedown and so the show opens up inside the MCW Arena in the Motor f'n City of Detroit Michigan. "Bawitdaba" by Kid Rock blasts over the pa pumping up this already crazy crowd as the cameras roam around the arena.



Ric: Hello everyone and welcome to Shakedown. Tonight we got a hell of a show for ya, a main event worthy of being on a pay per view card when Scorpion battles Thor inside a Hardcore Hell and opnly one man will remain in MCW when its over.



FED: That's gonna be one hell of a match with a lot of history behind it, I am amped for this one!



Ric: As are all these fans, but we also got a good card building up to that. We open with Whitney Marret and Yesenia Lopez facing off, plus we got a first round tournament match that sees Chris Orton make his debut in MCW.



FED: One of the bigger debuts we've had in MCW so far, if Orton can be as good as he was in SEF he should be able to live up to the hype.



Ric: That he should and hopefully he is, MCW could use that. We got Xanthus in action who called out Jason Vendetta earlier who is also in action, wonder if those two will confront each other tonight?



FED: That'd be a sight to see, could be a hell of a rivalry.



Ric: Suppose it could, but the biggest rivalry we got is ending tonight, the main event between Scorpion and Thor.



FED: Can't for it, these fans can't wait, no one can, so lets get on with the show!







Singles Match
Yesenia Lopez v. Whitney Marret



Senia is in the ring awaiting the first of the night when we hear "Money, Power, Respect" hit the pa bringing these fans to their feet for Whitney.



Mr. Clinton: Making her way to the ring from here in Detroit, weighing in at 145 pounds.............Whitney Marret!



She walks down the aisle giving high fives and getting almost mauled by the crowd. Whitney gets to the ring and steps in, steps around in a full circle, then raises her hands in the air. Senia starts the match early and charges Whitney taking her down with a clothesline. Whitney is right back up and Senia whips her to a corner. Senia charges in at her, but Whitney leaps up twisting around coming down behind Senia, then jumps up wrapping her legs around Senia's midsection dropping back into the Southern Sleeper locking it in tight.



Ric: Wow, Senia jumping Whitney early, but she now finds herself in a position where she may tap and this early on.



The fans are going crazy for Whitney, Senia is screaming and flailing her arms around, she tries getting a foot on the ropes, but Whitney has held too tight and almost choking her out, Senia then taps out.



Mr. Clinton: Here is your winner..........Whitney Marret!



"Money, Power, Respect" hits and the fans are cheering. Whitney gets up smiling as the ref raises her arm.



FED: Whitney proving her dominance, man she's a hell of a woman, hell fo an athlete period!



Ric: That she is, definitely a favorite in the title tournament.







Singles Match
Dante Martinez v. Xanthus



So now for our second match and Dante stands in the ring looking focused. "Rabbit Run" comes over the pa and the crowd bursts out in cheers.



Mr. Clinton: Making his way to the ring from here in Detroit, weighing in at 195 pounds..........Xanthus!



No X, no one comes out, but maybe he's just stoned or making the fans get more anticipated for him.



Ric: Where the hell is-



The crowd pops huge cutting off Ric and we see X hop the rail with a singapore cane. He slides in the ring behind Dante and gets up, yells out and Dante turns getting cracked in the side of his head. X moves in side to side and delivers a russian leg sweep with the cane, rolls up to his feet and backs up in a corner. He hops up to the top turnbuckle and flies off with the Gangsta Splash and bounces off from the impact.



FED: X sneaking in here and taking out Dante quickly.



X rolls back on Dante for the pin, 1.....................2..................3!



Mr. Clinton: Here is your winner............Xanthus!



"Rabbit Run" hits again and X gets up doing a crotch chop and gets some beers drinking them to cheers.



Ric: Dante off his game I guess and really got taken off with the way X came in here.



FED: True, but fuck him if he don't want to step up and be on his game.







3 Way Dance
1st Round MCW Title Tournament
Chris Orton v. Gato v. Ryan Wilson



Time for our last first round title tournament match and its a three way dance. "Bodies" comes over the and kicks up loud as hell and Orton comes out on Stage with his arms in the air.



Mr. Clinton: making his way to the ring from Miami Florida, weighing in at 245 pounds............Chris Orton!



Orton heads down the aisle with that cocky smirk, the fans pat him on the back as he walks to the ring. Once there he heads up the steps getting in the ring and heads to a corner, climbs up and raises his arms in the air. "Gwinnett County" comes over the pa now and out steps Gato flashing signs with his hands.



Mr. Clinton: Making his way to the ring from Atlanta Georgia, weighing in at 155 pounds, he is The Cat Man...........Gato!



He heads on down the aisle high fiving fans, slides in the ring and pops up staring at Orton, both men ready to go. The pa sounds again, this time with "The Only" and out walks Ryan.



Mr. Clinton: Making his way to the ring from Long Beach California, weighing in at 230 pounds, he is The Fallen Anti Christ..........Ryan Wilson!



He heads down the aisle pulling away from fans acting too good to be touched. Ryan gets to the ring and rolls in, stays back from Gato and Orton to try and let them start it out first. The bell rings and we see Gato and Orton get in each others face, but then they charge over to Ryan with a double clothesline sending him over the ropes. Ryan stumbles, but stays on his feet and grabs Orton's legs pulling him out to the floor. Orton hits him with a couple elbows and Gato now bounces off the ropes and leaps over with a splash. Orton is able to duck down and back letting Gato and Ryan crash to the floor.



Ric: Oh my, a double team to Ryan to start this, Gato went for a high risk move and took out Ryan, Orton able to get outta the way.



FED: Nice start to this match, shows how bad they all want to get a shot at the MCW Title.



Orton pulls up Ryan and nails the CKO right there on the floor, then gets up and rips him up rolling Ryan in the ring. Orton goes to slide in, but is stopped by Gato. He kicks Orton in the back, then buries a knee to his ribs and nails a ddt on the floor. Gato gets up rolling in the ring now and nails a quick dropkick to Ryan's head, then wraps his legs around his neck locking on the Cat Attack making Ryan scream in pain.



Ric: Gato with that hold cinched in, Ryan with no place to go, could see our first fall.



Gato keeps Ryan where he is and his legs as tight as he can have them. Orton is up on the outside and grabs a chair as Ryan starts to raise his hand to tap. Orton slides in the ring and gets up, Ryan taps out and Orton raises the chair slamming it down over Gato's head. He lays it next to his head and drops to his knees in stalking motion.



FED: Oh man, Ryan tapped and Orton did more than tap Gato in the head with that chair.



Ric: After a shot like that this could be over, but it seems Orton is looking for his CKO.



He doesn't wait for it and instead pulls Gato up and drops him with the CKO on the chair, then covers him hooking his leg, 1......................2...................3!



Mr. Clinton: Here is your winner..........Chris Orton!



"Bodies" plays now, the crowd is cheering and Orton stands up spreading out his arms.



Ric: Nice match and what a win for Orton. Used some sneaky tactics, but nothing illegal in MCW.



FED: Very true, Orton played by the rules here and won, but I'd like to see he and Gato one on one, probably would be better.



Ric: I could see how it would be.







Singles Match
Nate Rupe v. Jason Vendetta



Nate stands in the ring because he's too much a bitch to get announced, fucker. When "All Hope Is Gone" hits the crowd boos and Nate looks scared now, then his eyes bulge when Jason steps out.



Mr. Clinton: Making his way to the ring from Des Moines Iowa, weighing in at 214 pounds..........Jason Vendetta!



Jason runs down the aisle and slide sin the ring. Nate meets him with punches rocking jason into a corner, whips hima cross the ring and runs at him. Jason hops up on the middle rope and springs off with an enziguri taking Nate down. Jason gets up and leaps straight up over Nate landing a moonsault on him and pins, 1.....................2............kickout! Jason gets up and drops a knee to his ribs, then he sprints to a corner and climbs to the top rope leaping off with a 450 splash and pins, 1...........................2......................3!



Mr. Clinton: Here is your winner...........Jason Vendetta!



Jason gets to his feet as "All Hope Is Gone" hits the pa. He pushes the ref away and pulls up Nate pushing him into a corner.



Ric: What the hell is he doing, the match is over?!



Jason lifts Nate up sitting him on the top rope, then hooks him for a suplex, turns for a brainbuster on the top rope and delivers the Vendetta Driver laying Nate out. Booing from the crowd mixed with a few cheers since Nate sucks. Jason just stand sup, his music still plays and he makes his exit looking back at his work with a cocky smile.



FED: Kid made short work of Nate, probably wanting to send a statement to X, I doubt it'll work, X is nuts!



Ric: That he is, but at least Jason is stepping unlike when he first got here.







Before the main event begins we hear "Slave To The Grind" and then we almost don't hear it because the fans get the loudest they've been all night for Detroit's own Shane Mack, our director of talent in MCW. Mack makes his way out playing to the fans, a smile on his face. He gets mauled by the girls, the guys wanting to high five and he does so, everyone loves the guy and why not? He gets to the ring eventually and steps up on the apron, hops in and spins around in a little strut, does a crotch chop and smirks. He gets tossed a mic and raises a hand, then lowers it, but the fans don't quiet down, they start chanting...D-Mack...D-Mack...D-Mack...D-Mack...D-Mack...then they finally settle a little lettying Mack speak.



D-Mack: Well thanks...again to ya all, but now down to business. Ya see, this little tournament I made for the MCW Title is coming along quite nice, a few kinks I admit I had, none ya all saw, but there were some. Still its going nicely and well, were approaching the final match believe it or not. Just a few weeks to go, so rather than have it on Shakedown which we could, were gonna put together a bigger card, a bigger show...a supercard which is what we'll be having from time to time, every month or two, whatever works, no pay per view for us yet. Anyways, our first one will indeed happen right here in this ring...in this arena...in this fucking great city!



A pop for that of course.



D-Mack: The name will be Motor City Mayhem and the main event is going to determine the MCW Champion, first ever and by the way, the date is November 2nd. Now as for the match, I was thinking of a few different stipulations and had trouble deciding on just one when it came to me...why not let those who it really effects decide the match...all of you!



Mack circles around pointing to the crowd, they all cheer loud.



D-Mack: So MCW is doing it, a Fans Choice Match to determine the first ever MCW Champion at Motor City Mayhem on November the 2nd. All ya gotta do to vote is one of three options, log on to our website, text using your cell, or ol' school voting by showing up here at the ticket booth out front. We want as many votes as possible, we want you to tell us what ya wanna see, so here's the matches you pick from. A DOGG Fight...a Prison Yard Match...or a Japanese Deathmatch!



A big pop for the three matches named off.



D-Mack: More information will be given to ya, technical shit I ain't good at, heh, I'm just a wrestler ya all, ya know me right?!



The crowd laughs some, but cheers loud for Mack.



D-Mack: Alright, so ya got that right, well I got one more matches or several that is. On that same night we will name the first ever number one contender to the title by having three matches to determine one. Two matches to start the show and those winners face off before the main event to see who challenges the first ever MCW Champion at our next supercard which I will personally announce at Motor City Mayhem!



More cheers from the crowd.



D-Mack: Now on another note, to Jason Vendetta and Xanthus, I hope your listening as you should be if ya love this business. Next week I cannot give you two a match against each other due to this tournament, but the week after you two just may end up facing each other in a tournament match, that is if you Jason can advance to the third round next week when ya face Chris Orton!



Cheers for Orton.



D-Mack: X has already advanced, so if ya wanna face him, beat Orton otherwise I'm not sure when I can book ya two, so we'll see what happens and go from there. Now I'm done ya all, lets get to this killer main event, hope ya enjoy, peace my brothers and sisters.



Mack drops his mic and raises his arms in the air to cheers as "Slave To The Grind" hits the pa. He does a crotch chop, then exits the ring as the cage begins to lower for our main event which is next!

Thor v. Scorpion



So its time now for the match we all been waiting for, the most anticipated of the night and perhaps the past few weeks or even since the opening of MCW, its time for the Hardcore Hell and the cage is lowered down just above the ring ready to go, no door, so we gotta wait for the bitter rivals to come out. First we hear "I Don't Want To Stop" and hear comes Thor barreling hi smassive body to the ring.



Mr. Clinton: Making his way to the ring from New York City, weighing in at 250 pounds..........Thor!



He slides into the ring and jumps up, turns and just stares to the back. Thor squats down looking ready to explode. A trash can with weapons is in each corner of the ring, Thor ignoring them and waiting for Scorpion, but not much longer. "Sinner" sounds and the crowd boos.



Mr. Clinton: Making his way to the ring from Amarillo Texas, weighing in at 220 pounds, he is The Ultimate Sinner.........Scorpion!



No one comes out, but here comes Scorpion jumping the guard rail. Thor is mad and turning and just as Scorpion slides in Thor spots him. Scorpion gets wide eyed and backs outta the ring, Thor jumping and chases him round and round. Scorpion finally slides in and jumps up. Thor slides in and gets a dropkick to his head and the cage begins to lower. Scorpion is up and looks around at the cage wide eyed still, then drops down and just pounds on Thor's back almost in desperation to keep him down. He gets up and drops a knee to his lower back, then sits across his back and applies a camel clutch on Thor.



Ric: Scorpion running from Thor at first, but got the dupe on him and now has him in a submission move.



FED: Hell of a good wrestler and has no remorse for anything he does, doesn't care how he wins.



Scorpion lets Thor go a little to club him in the side of the head, then applies the move fully again, but Thor shakes off the blows and pushes himself up running backwards smashing Scorpion into a trash can in the corner. Thor steps forward and Scorpion slumps down sitting against the trash can. Thor turns and pulls a cookie sheet out, swings it, but Scorpion slips down and Thor hits the can. Scorpion gets up and comes face to face with Thor, both start throwing punches and Thor hammers harder rocking Scorpion against the cage. He whips Scorpion across the ring and then charges at him for his Gore, but Scorpion leapfrogs him and hits the other ropes bouncing off. Thor turns and both men go for a clothesline and go down.



Ric: Same move in mind from both men, this match is fast paced and intense.



Thor and Scorpion pull themselves up and Thor goes for Scorpion pushing him back against the cage, nails some elbows, smashes his head against the cage, then pulls him tight and twists around with a side belly to belly suplex. Thor gets up and goes to a trash can grabbing out a singapore cane, then turns and waits for Scorpion. He kneels up and Thor swings the cane connecting with his reibs, then hits the other side, then cracks him over the head and Scorpion falls to his back. Thor throws down the cane and turns grabbing the trash can dumping it out and drops the can. He grabs wood driver used for golf and wiats for Scorpion to get on all fours, then yells "FOUR" and swings nailing him in the head turning Scorpion on his back.



Ric: Good god, what a golf swing by Thor.



FED: Yea, who knew he could golf!



The crowd is loving this so far, their all on their feet screaming and cheering. Thor pulls up Scorpion now and rips him up into a bearhug twisting him side to side like a ragdoll. Scorpion reaches up slamming his hands against Thor's head, then rakes his eyes. Thor keeps a hold and charges across the ring slamming Scorpion into the cage. He backs up and then charges in for a spear, but Scorpion gets a knee up to Thor's head knocking back to his knees. Scorpion charges forward slamming a knee to his head, then pulls him up and hits a snap suplex. Scorpion holds on and turns over with Thor applying a front facelock on him.



FED: Damn good chain move from a suplex to a facelock, Scorpion does know how to wrestle.



Thor struggles to get free and Scorpion raises up bringing Thor up. He slams a couple knees up to Thor's head, then twists around quickly and hits a neckbreaker. Scorpion lays there for a few seconds catching his breath before he gets to his feet. He grabs the empty trash can and slams it down on Thor, keeps it on him and goes to a corner getting to the top rope. He touches the top of the cage and leaps off the turnbuckles with a frog splash crushing the can on top of Thor, the crowd booing him, but liking the move.



Ric: No love for Scorpion, but he's doing pretty good.



Scorpion kneels up holding his ribs, pushes the can away, then turns Thor over hits a few forearms to his lower back. Scorpion places both knees in his lower back, then grabs under his chin with one hand and grabs his leg with the other, then lays back pulling Thor up on his knees in a bow and arrow.



FED: Not a commonly used move today, but its a good one, especially for this kind of match, Scorpion really focusing on the lower back too, setting up for the Deathtrap.



Ric: Yea, weaken his back before going for the kill.



Thor is able to get an elbow down driving it to Scorpion's face to get free. He rolls on to his stomach and Scorpion gets to his feet, runs to the ropes and bounces back with a punt like kick to Thor's ribs. Scorpion lifts him up and leans Thor against the cage, then runs across the ring and comes bouncing back and lepa sup for a dropkick. Thor ducks down and Scorpion nails the cage dropping to the mat. They both get up now and Thor rushes Scorpion getting a knee to his gut, then whips him across the ring and catches him bouncing back with a spinebuster. Thor stands up, grabs Scorpion's legs and turns him over for a boston crab sitting back making Scorpion scream.



Ric: Thor using another submission and putting his power behind this one as well.



FED: The guy is no slouch despite what Scorpion said about him.



Scorpion crawls for the ropes, but sees a singapore cane and reaches for that instead. He crawls a little and gets his fingers on it, Thor keeps the pressure ona nd Scorpion winces, but reaches out and clasps the cane in his hand. He pulls it to himself and then swings it backwards catching Thor in the back of his head. Scorpion swings again and again causing Thor to finally let go and step away holding his head. Scorpion gets up against the cage and Thor comes charging over. Scorpion dives down at the last second and Thor Gores the cage wall breaking it a little at the top.



FED: Now that shows ya the impact that man has with his gore.



Ric: No doubt, the cage wall almost broke.



Scorpion still has the cane and cracks Thor across the back, then brings it under his chin choking him with and falls back to the mat wrapping his legs in a body scissors while still choking him, all legal too. Thor gasps for air and flails his arms, tries landing an elbow, but to no avail. Scorpion pulls the cane away and swings it to Thor's ribs, keeps squeezing with his legs and then nails a forearm to the back of his head. He kicks Thor away and gets to his feet. Scorpion picks up a cheese grater now and waits for Thor to get up, then runs at him slamming it to his head raking it across slicing Thor open fairly bad. He stays up and Scorpion gets behind him and hits a bulldog to the mat. He grabs some barbed wire and wraps it around Thor's neck choking him with that and slicing his neck a little, nothing major or fatal, just like a bad scratch.



Ric: Damn, Scorpion is getting sadistic now, blood is flowing Thor's neck and head.



FED: He really wants to win and he don't want Thor on the offensive cause if he is too long he'll get the Gore.



Thor again is gasping for air, he clucthes at the wire trying to pull it off his neck. Scorpion brings a knee into his back, then lets go of the wire and drives forward shoving Thor facefirst to the mat with his knee in his back all the way.



FED: Unique move by Scorpion, but it had to hurt Thor's back.



Scorpion stands up and pulls up Thor's leg looking to turn him over for the Deathtrap. Thor fights using those strong legs and is able to turn hard enough bringing Scorpion down. He gets back up and Thor starts up, Scorpion on him with clubs to the back. Thor bursts up and hammers Scorpion with punches, whips him across the ring and looks for a clothesline. Scorpion ducks and goes to other side, the wall that is broken at the top. Thor turns and charges quickly laucnhing hid body for Thor's Gore connecting and drives Scorpion through the ropes into the wall ripping it away completey. Thor bounces back in the ring and Scorpion falls through the small strip ripped away tumbling backwards to the floor on his face.



Crowd: Holy Shit...Holy Shit...Holy Shit...Holy Shit...Holy Shit...



FED: Now that was a fucking Gore and a half!



Thor gets up and realizes just what happened, Scorpion barely moves and so Thor gets out of the cage now.



Ric: This is crazy, this has never happened with this match, but its legal cause there are no rules.



FED: Correst you are, anything goes, this is gonna be interesting too.



Thor pulls up Scorpion and walks him around the ring to the commentators table slamming his head into it. He runs Scorpion into the cage, but his hands come up and Scorpion stops himself. He mule kicks Thor between the legs, then turns with a hard punch to his jaw putting him down. Scorpion leans against the cage now and walks a few steps away before falling to the floor still hurting from the Gore through the cage wall. Thor is wincing in pain, but he somehow pulls himself up using the cage. Scorpion pulls himself up and moves quick around the cage and then starts climbing up it. Thor walks towards him and Scorpion climbs quicker reaching to the top and pulls hismelf up. Thor starts climbing and makes it to the top where Scorpion helps him up and into a piledriver position.



Ric: Oh god, this could hurt a lot.



Thor blocks the move by pulling Scorpion's legs out bringing him to his back. He keeps a hold of one leg and turns for s figure four, but Scorpion kicks him away. Thor stops at the edge of the cage and Scorpion sits up. Thor turns and charges him looking for a knee to his head, but Scorpion falls back and grabs a hold of his legs bringing Thor down on the cage and rolls into a boston crab, no, he gets Thor'slegs pulled up and drives a knee to his back locking in the Deathtrap.



FED: What a sight, Thor locked up on top of the cage.



Scorpion stomps on the back of Thor's head a few times, then puts his knee into his back again. Thor grabs the mesh cage and pulls himself across towards the edge. Scorpion suddenly lets go and leaps up dropping both knees down on Thor's lower back. He gets up and kicks him in the side of the head, then grabs his legs and drags Thor under one of the top support bars.



Ric: What the hell?



Scorpion pulls Thor's legs over the bar, puts a knee to his back, then keeps an arm hooked on one leg and hooks the other under his chin bending him backwards with the bar and his knee in Thor's lower back.



FED: What a fucking submission that is, I don't even know what to call it. Thor yells out, the whole arena on their feet chanting for him, Scorpion not letting up and just pulls harder on him. Thor's arms start to grow limp, his eyes close, fluttering slightly and then both hands slap the top of the cage a couple times before he doesn't move at all. The ref looking up signals for the bell yelling that he gave up.



Mr. Clinton: Here is your winner.............Scorpion!



The crowd roars with boos at that announcement and then "Sinner" is heard. Scorpion finally lets go and falls to his back on top of the cage and just lays there. Thor still doesn't move.



Ric: Wow, what a match that was, what a brutal match that was.



FED: It was just that, it was truly a Hardcore Hell match and now the part no one wanted to see, Thor leaving.



Scorpion sits up and raises an arm in the air, a small smirk appears on his face and then he lays back on the cage as the music switches to "Bawitdaba" signaling the show is over.



Ric: Well what a way to end off Shakedown folks, so I guess all ther eis to say is see ya next week, take care.



And with that the cameras pan around the arena showing all the fans displaying their approval of a great match, but booing at the outcome. We then see a last shot of the top a the cage before the show ends and fades to black.
