UPDATEDx2: Jeff Hardy Bonds Out of Jail Following Felony DUI Arrest

UPDATE 2: Jeff Hardy is out of jail after posting bail on his charges of DUI and more. PWInsider reports that the AEW star was bonded out at 7:07 PM ET after paying the previously-reported $3,500 bond.
Hardy is set to appear tomorrow in court at 1:30 PM ET.
UPDATED: New details have come our regarding Jeff Hardy's arrest this morning on charges of DUI and more. ESPN's Marc Raimondi has shared details of the Florida Highway arrest report, noting that police responded to a white car that was seen "swerving" and running off the roadway at 12:30 AM. The police officer made the stop and when he began interacting with Hardy, the report notes that the AEW star appeared "to be in a stupor and confused."
Hardy left his car and was said to smell of alcohol and was unsteady. Police officers spoke to Hardy and learned that he had been drinking, and the report notes he was unable do do any portion of sobriety exercises successfully "or without risk of falling."
Finally, Raimondi notes that Hardy did two breathalyzer tests and they read a blood alcohol content of 0.294 and 0.291, over three times the Florida legal limit of 0.08.
As noted, Hardy has been charged with Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense within 10 Years. The latter charge is a third-degree felony, while the others are second degree misdemeanors.
PWInsider reports that as of now, Hardy is still incarcerated.
ORIGINAL: Volusia County jail records reveal that Jeff Hardy was arrested last night in Florida on multiple chares, including DUI. He was arrested at 12:45 AM on charges of Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense within 10 Years.
He got a surety cash bond of $3,500 to $500 for the license charge and $2,500 for the DUI. He is still in jail at the S. James Foxman Justice Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. He will appear before a judge tomorrow at 1:30 PM. The license charges are second degree misdemeanors and the DUI is a third degree felony.
Hardy is currently scheduled for Wednesday's AEW Dynamite, where he will team with his brother in a triple threat ladder match also including the Young Bucks and Jurassic Express.
