Jeff Hardy Set For Arraignment & Bond Hearing Next Month For DUI Case

Jeff Hardy is set to be arraigned and have a bond hearing in for his arrest on felony DUI charges and more next month. As previously reported, the AEW star was arrested last week and charged with Driving While License Canceled/ Suspended/ Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense within 10 Years.

According to PWInsider, Hardy's July 5th court hearting is now officially an arraignment and bond hearing where Hardy will enter a plea and any potential bond in the leadup to his trial will be sorted out. Hardy is currently out on a $3,500 bond.

Hardy has been suspended from AEW without pay as a result of the arrest and "can only return to AEW upon successfully completing treatment and maintaining his sobriety."
