Liv Morgan wins MITB, cashes in and wins Smackdown Women’s title

Liv Morgan won the hearts of the Las Vegas crowd along with the Money In The Bank briefcase as well as the Smackdown Women's title by the time the night was over.

The 28-year-old had an excellent night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, opening the show by winning the women's MITB ladder match. Morgan was super over with the crowd and defeated the other six opponents to snatch the briefcase. After her win, she was interviewed backstage and was asked when she thinks she will cash it in but Morgan said she's going to enjoy it for the time being and had a year to think about it.

But Morgan pulled an upset by cashing in her briefcase after an injured Ronda Rousey beat Natalya to retain the Smackdown Women's title. Morgan ran in and taking advantage of the situation, handed the referee her contract. Rousey caught her in an ankle lock but Morgan kicked Rousey's injured leg and then rolled her up to win her first-ever title in WWE.

With the fans going bananas, Rousey handed over the title to Morgan, hugged her, and lifted her hand.

When the house lights went down to get to the next segment, Morgan was given a big high-five from Pat McAfee and an even bigger hug from Michael Cole at ringside.
