Smackdown TV report for 09/23/2022

We start the show with the WWE Undisputed Universal Champion the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns and the Bloodline. After they had Solo "acknowledge Roman" and the music started to play, Sami Zayn asked for a minute and wanted to acknowledge the Tribal Chief as well. Roman then says he likes Sami but why is he even talking right now? Why is he always hanging around? Why does he have their shirt on? Take the shirt off! As Sami refuses, Roman says Jey who steps to Sami and rips the Bloodline shirt off Sami.

Roman tells him he just needs to listen for once and said he is never going to wear it again and says because he got him a new one and throws Sami a shirt that has SZ Honorary UCE on it. Sami does his handshake with Jimmy Uso and then Roman says anything you want to say. Sami Says yes, "I acknowledge you my Tribal Chief" and then hugs Roman.

Liv Morgan VS. Lacey Evans

Evans goes outside and finds a kendo stick under the ring; she swings at Liv, but Liv ducks hits a code breaker then the oblivion for the win.

Winner the WWE Smackdown Women's Champion Liv Morgan

After the match, Liv picks up the kendo stick and starts beating Evans with the it. Liv then pulls a table out from under the ring. Liv then puts Evans on the table, then climbs to the top of the ring post and senton bombs right through Evans and the table.

The New Day VS. The Maximum Male Models

As Maxine gets pictures Kofi comes in and dropkicks Mace out of the ring and Woods rolls up Mansoor for the win.

Winners: The New Day

After the match, Max loses it and rips off his jacket slamming it on the mat and yelling at everyone.

Braun Strowman VS. Otis

Great match for both of them but it was Strowman with the powerbomb for the win.

Winner: Braun Strowman

Drew McIntyre comes out and challenges Karrion Kross to a strap match. Scarlett comes out by herself and Kross attempts to attack Drew, but Drew was ready for him. Drew got the best of Kross until Scarlet hit Drew with a low blow then Kross chokes Drew out and accepts the strap match for Extreme Rules.

Dakota Kai VS. Raquel Rodriguez

As Shotzi comes out and attacks Bayley and Iyo Sky, Rodriguez rolls Kai up for the pin

Winner: Raquel Rodriguez

The Usos VS. Ridge Holland and Butch for the WWE Unified Tag Team Championship

After several near falls, Sami Zayn goes to get a chair and went to slide it in the ring, Sheamus stopped him and was confronted by Solo and Sami, but Imperium come down and attack Sheamus which distracted Butch and Ridge and Usos hit the one D on Butch for the win.
