He's not a man who's been covered a lt in SEF since his arrival which was actually abut a year and a half ago. Busting on to the scene to aid his cousins Rayne and Rob Rocco forming The Triad with them. Last year he captured the Tag Titles with Rayne holding them in a short reign and after the small shutdown of tv productions nothing more from him or his cousins. He stayed with SEF though, now he faces a big star on WAR, Chris Orton, a guy who has been with SEF for a couple years now, done quite a bit in his time. They have never faced each other though, don't really know too much about the other or do they? We'll find that out come WAR, but for now we go to park on the coast of Lake Michigan in Chicago finding Bill in jeans and a leather jacket, his tattoed head exposed to the cold air, but no chilled look on his face, just kind of a snarl.) Big Bill Butcher "Kind of reminds of Jersey being down here, the shoreline and all, though I'll admit its a little cleaner here. Efforts have been made back home though, its a work in progress kinda like every single wrestler who steps into the locker room looking to shoot for the stars. When Chris Orton came into SEF he was like that, he wanted to attain something great and like him or not he's heading there, but you see I'm the same away, I want to be great and no one is gonna stand in my way. If ya do I'll cut your ass down, mow over you and I'm no small man, I can tackle over half the guys in the locker room and make them hurt bad. I won't say I'm unstoppable, that I'm untouchable, I'm just a big muthafucka who can steamroll his way thrugh a lot of obstacles and Chris Orton, you are an obstacle to me, one I will overcome on my road to the top of the mountain. Thing is Chris, you got as mountain to climb Monday and that mountain stands right here in the form of BIG...BILL...BUTCHER!" (His eyes grow intense now as he brings his hands out of his pockets, raises his arms high like a gorilla and he's just as massive. The then lets his arms drop to his sides.) Big Bill Butcher "I'm down with the sickness son, are you? I'm ready to tear SEF a new hole and rip a new front, change the face of this company. Everyone talks of the new era, a new revolution, well its high time someone like myself stepped up and showed them what a new era is all about. Out with all the old and in with all the new, the biggest, baddest muthafucka on the SEF roster today, me! I'll cut through your ass and go right on to your grandma and your whole fucking family, yea, I'm that fucked up, I'm that sick and that's just the tip of the iceberg, so again Orton, are you down with the sickness?" (He puts his hands back in his pockets, snarl still on his face.) Big Bill Butcher "Its time for a war Orton and maybe its now us directly, but your gonna be a casualty no matter what, you and every single person in SEF. General Bill is gonna march his way through the foxholes, rip ya all apart, tear his way into the heart of this company and emerge victorious. There is no stop for me either, even at the top I'm a keep fighting to stay up there, your all fucked! Ya can't match me, ya don't stand a chance against Big Bill, your not sick enough to mess with me. The only future for all of you and it starts with you Chris, the future is the Prime Cut!" (Bill brings his left hand up making a cutthroat motion, then shoves his hand back in his pocket and turns walking away indicating the end of this promo, so the view just pans up, zooming out from the park showing it from above, we see more of the lake and then its over.)
