Extreme 87 {1/30/06}

So we open up for Extreme down in Fort Myers Floriday inside the Everglades Arena. The crowd is packed in cheering for a good show after the pay per view last night. And so after filming the crowd we drop down to the commentators table. 

Nick Miller: Hello all and welcome to Monday Night Extreme here in sunny Florida and what a show last night, New Blood was great.

Frankie Malone: Oh yea it was, some great action, especially seeing Impact X win the Tag Titles, a hell of a match it was.

Nick Miller: That it was, a great match, but we also saw a great main event between two best friends ending in blood. They are still friends though and team up tonight in a six person tag match.

Frankie Malone: They team with Bubba Ray to face Triple X, should be a good one, but the main event with Mack and Skull in a cage is gonna be killer.

Nick Miller: Oh I can only imagine with-





Nick is cut off now by the sound of Feel So Numb hitting the pa and out walks Sean Martin with the International Title over his shoulder. He stays on stage and has a mic in hand, calls for the music to be cut and speaks now. 

Sean Martin: Last night was great wasn't it? But as great as it was and a great a match as we saw this title on the line in, the outcome for one man ended horribly. Viper pulled off an insane double superplex, but his history with neck problems and the flip he did after aggravating it earlier in the match caused him a very serious injury, one that will require him to be out of a ring for probably a year. I'm not sure what exactly it was, but I believe he came close to breaking his neck. Now this title was just vacant, so rather than vacate it I am booking a match right now here tonight between Matt Matlock and a woman who was supposed to have her last match mast night. Blaze agreed for one more match tonight and here it is for the International Title, you second chance both of ya, lets see who gets it. The match is on now!

Nick Miller: Oh my god, Viper is out, Matlock and Blaze for the International Title right now!

Frankie Malone: Whoa, this is crazy!





Singles Match
SEF International Championship
Matt Matlock
VS
Blaze Inferno 

Matt and Blaze have made it to the ring and Blaze was out first, so she stomps on Matt when he slides in. She drops an elbow to his back, then moves into a side headlock rolling him to the middle of the ring where she moves into a front facelock. Matt rolls out of it before its locked in tight and gets up shaking his head. Blaze bolts up charging at him, but Matt ducks down and backdrops her over the top rope. Blaze lands on the apron and nails Matt with an elbow, then looks for a suplex, but he blocks it and lifts Blaze into a suplex throwing her off the apron and on to the commentators table.

Nick Miller: Oh no, looks like our tables may be taken out early tonight.

Frankie Malone: Then get up already!

Frankie is already on his feet and Nick gets up now. Matt is on the top rope and he flies off with a leg drop to the back of Blaze's head driving her through the table.

Nick Miller: Good god that was crazy.

Matt stands up holding his ass, but lifts up Blaze and rolls her into the ring, then slides in and lifts her up nailing the Matlock Go Round 2003. Matt picks her back up and lifts her her up and delivers the Orange Crush Drop for a pin, 1........2........kickout! Matt looks pissed and grabs her legs wrapping her up and turning her over into the Matt-Lock.

Frankie Malone: Oh yea, its all over now, Matt is gonna make this bitch tap!

Blaze is yelling in pain trying to reach for the ropes now as Matt keeps it locked in tight. Blaze struggles and struggles, she looks ready to tap, but shakes her head no and starts pulling herself to the ropes. Matt tries to keep her still, but Blaze crawls on her elbows and stretches out to the ropes. Matt though breaks the hold and quickly drops an elbow to her back, then puts her in, whoa, the Cripple Crossface and he reefs back on her arm and head hard.

Nick Miller: Odd, Matt never used that, weird seeing him do it.

Frankie Malone: But Blaze has, he's gonna beat her, make her tap to a move she loves to use.

Blaze is yelling again from the pain, but she isn't far from the ropes and turns to them reaching out and grabbing the bottom rope. Matt releases and jump sup hitting the ropes and comes back with a baseball slide dropkick right into Blaze's face. He lifts her up and and gets her on the top rope, climbs up and delivers the Matlock Drop, then turns her over and pins, 1.........2.........3!

Brittany Fox: Here is your winner by pinfall and the new SEF International Champion, Matt Matlock!

Getting Away With Murder by Papa Roach hits the pa now as Matt gets to his feet and is handed the International Title which he smiles at and raises in the air flaunting it to the booing crowd.

Nick Miller: An impromptu match here due to Viper's injury, but a good one and Matt did it, he got gold again in SEF.

Frankie Malone: Only a matter of time before that title is the World Title in his hands.





We see Matt heading into the back with his title and looking happy, cocky as fuck when Michael McMoney comes running from the side with a singapore cane cracking it over Matt's head. Mike pulls Matt to him and delivers Money Talks laying matt out cold on the concrete floor. Mike picks up the title now and stares at it with a fondness in his eyes, then lays it next to Matt's head. He picks up his cane and lays it on his shoulder, then walks off grinning as we cut back to ringside. 

Nick Miller: Wow, Mike stepping up and showing just how bad he wants that title.

Frankie Malone: Yea, but I don't care how close he is with Mack, you don't fuck with Matlock!





Hardcore Match
Hellraiser
VS
The Sandman 

This one starts in the backstage area right in an empty locker room. Hellraiser jumped Sandman and has him reeling on the ground courtesy of a lead pipe. He grabs a cheese grater from inside a locker now and starts slicing off skin from Sandman's head. Hellraiser pulls up a bloody Sandman and throws him out into the hallways now, but as he walks out we see a foot come into view nailing Hellraiser in the chin and sending him to the floor. Its Shane Mack and he ducks outta sight qucikly as Sandman sits up and goes for the pin on Hellraiser, 1.........2..........3!

Brittany Fox: Here is your winner by pinfall, The Sandman!

Enter Sandman is heard playing in the arena and we see Mack come back into view kicking Sandman right in the head, then he McMoney comes into view and they lift up Sandman delivering a double complete shot tp him. Mack and McMoney just walk off laughing now as we cut to ringside.

Nick Miller: Hellraiser's last match and he got screwed, but its not like he did anything anyways.

Frankie Malone: Well no he didn't.





Six Person Tag Team Match
Bubba Ray Dudley + Spike Dudley + Whitney Marret
VS
D-Von Dudley + Ryan Cross + Travis Cross 

We start off with Bubba and Travis in the ring locking up and both men struggle to gain the upperhand. Both are big and try to move each around, but have trouble overpowering the other. Travis gets a knee up to Bubba's gut though and backs him into a corner, then looks for some punches, but Bubba turns him around and nails a hard slap to his chest. he hits some chops, then walks Travis out and hits a side slam and pins, 1.......2.......Ryan runs in kicking Bubba in the head, but the ref gets him back quickly. Bubba lifts up Travis and nails some punches, then applies an armbar and tags in Spike who jumps in with a dropkick to Travis knocking him down. Bubba exits now and Spike sits on Travis hammering him with lefts and rights like crazy, then pounds on his chest like a madman and jumps up running off the ropes hitting a short dropkick to Travis' head. Spike lifts up Travis and looks for an irish whip, but gets reversed and leaps up for a cross body. Travis catches him and makes sure he has him held, then delivers a fall away slam nearly throwing Spike out of the ring.

Frankie Malone: Oh man, he almost cleared the Florida keys with that toss on the runt!

Nick Miller: Would you please spare us the lame insults.

Travis gets to his corner now and tags in D-Von who charges in at Spike kicking him in the ribs, then lfits him up and nails a hard uppercut to his lil bro. D-Von whips Spike into a corner hard and follows up with a clothesline turning Spike over and to the mat in a full circle. D-Von kicks at Spike now, then pulls him for a suplex. Spike shifts in mid air and slips down behind D-Von, then dropkicks him to his corner where Ryan tags in. Spike leaps to his corner and Whitney is tagged in. She meets Ryan with punches and Ryan soon knees her in the stomach, then nails a suplex. He climbs up top now and comes off with a moonsault, but Whitney gets her knees up driving them into Ryan's ribs and he rolls to his back clutching his stomach. Whitney gets up now and pulls up Ryan hammering him with elbows, then she nails a ddt and moves behind him looks to pull him into the Southern Sleeper. D-Von is kneeling down at ringside and he soon pops up with a cookie sheet in his hands. Bubba sees and starts heading around the ring, but D-Von slides in now. Shane Mack suddenly comes running out and he leaps up on the apron just as D-Von smacks Whitney in the back with the cookie sheet. Mack jumps to the top rope and flies at D-Von with a cross body taking him to the mat, then we see Travis run in and Spike head him off with a headbutt to the gut. Ryan gets up and clotheslines Spike, then Bubba comes in and hits Ryan with the Bubba Cutter. Mack has D-Von up and whips him to the ropes, then BAM, the Shows Ova.

Nick Miller: This is crazy, who won? Was there even any winners or was it a no contest?

Frankie Malone: Beats me, but I wonder what Mack's deal was running in and ruining the match?

Nick Miller: Well in all due respect D-Von was gonna do that anyways.

Mack helps up Whitney now and rubs her chin as she looks at him confused. He just smiles and rolls out of the ring heading to the back as Bubba and Spike make she is ok.

Nick Miller: Weird, seems like Mack helped Whitney cause he ran out when she was in trouble.





We catch up in the back with Mack and Jack Hines. 

Jack Hines: Yo Mack, we just saw ya run out and it appears ya helped Whitney, then that gesture towards her, what's up man?

Mack just shrugs and smirks.

Shane Mack: Hey, its my show, I give what I want to give. If they like it, fine.

Jack Hines: What ya mean by "they"?

Shane Mack: Jack, you'll see, all of you will see just what myself, no, just what Impact X does in the future to come. Now excuse me, I got a match to get ready for.

Mack walks off now ending that and we cut back to ringside.

Nick Miller: Odd behavior by Mack.

Frankie Malone: Your telling me, the guy is going off the wall insane.





Main Event
Cage Match
Shane Mack
VS
Skull 

We see Mack inside the ring surrounded by the cage and Skull enters now, the door locked behind him. Mack is in a corner looking from side to side and unsure of what to do. Skull just smiles and moves in on him when Mack turns and starts climbing up the cage. Skull laughs and rushes him, but Mack suddenly leaps back at him with a moonsault. Skull just catches him and circles around nailing a powerslam. Skull gets to his feet pulling up Mack, then runs him into the cage and then across the ring into the other side. He lifts Mack on to his shoulder and charges full speed slamming Mack headfirst into the cage busting him open finally. Mack though grabs the cage and holds on, kicks at Skull's head, then starts climbing up. Skull gets up on the ropes and grabs Mack's leg and we see Michael McMoney come running out with his singapore cane and throw it up over and inside the cage. Mike scales up the cage now and gets over it, then drops down inside and grabs his cane running over smacking Skull in the back.

Nick Miller: This isn't fair, McMoney has no business out here.

Skull turns now and kicks Mike backwards, but Mack drops down and bulldogs Skull down into the mat. Mike lays in some cane shots to Skull's back, then he and Mack lift up Skull and look for their double complete shot. Skull blocks it though soon lifts both men into a double suplex dropping them. Skull gets to his feet and he lifts up Mike delivering a powerslam. Mack is up and comes off the ropes with the cane, but Skull nails a big boot laying him out. Skull however drops to the mat clutching at his leg just as he hits the boot and he just lays there yelling pain.

Nick Miller: What the hell is this?

Mack and Mike get up now and the ref opens the door and jumps in the ring checking on Skull. Mack and Mike just stare in confusion and exit the cage now heading to the back.

Brittany Fox: Here is your winner, Shane Mack

No music plays and the cage raises up as EMT's come out followed by Troy and one of his guards. After the EMT's check on Skull we see Troy and his guard help Skull up the ramp to the back.

Nick Miller: That was weird, Skull hit that big boot and just dropped, weirdest thing I ever seen.

Frankie Malone: Yea, that was pretty messed up, looks like another injury that may be serious.

Nick Miller: Looks to be so, but the show must go on and we'll see ya all next week, take care till then.

And we pan up over the crowd now and soon fade to black.
