The oldest title owned by SEF as it was created back in '89 for the Wrestling Underground and managed to stay active for nineteen years until finally being retired a few months after Underground merged with SEF. Was used by MCW the next year as their top title, then at Wrestle X '09 was merged with the World Title and retired. In 2010 MCW was reopened under SEF as a developmental territory and so this title is used once again and dubbed as the MCW Underground Heavyweight Title.
