We find Kasey walking up a flight of marble steps to a large brick building that has a sign saying Cook County Courthouse on it. She opens the glass door and goes inside, stepping up to the security guard so that they can scan her for weapons. Seeing as she was scanned clean, she walked pass them and headed for the elevator to the 22nd floor, where name changes were processed. She stepped inside and pushed the button and the door closed on her, sending her to her destination. The bell dings and the door opens, her stepping out of the elevator and walking towards the double doors. Going inside she walks up to the glass window and informs the secretary that she is here for her appointment. The woman nods and then hands her a folder and ushers her inside the courtroom where the judge was sitting at the bench. The secretary takes the folder from Kasey's hand and hands it off to the judge. The judge looks at Kasey and then has her to raise her right hand so she can swear on the bible.

"Do you Kasey Winterborn, solemly swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help you god?"

"I do your honor."

Judge Falkner looks over the paperwork and then continues.

"I understand that you want to file an injunction to stop SEF and all parties included in this to prevent having to be forced to change your legal last name of Winterborn?"

"Yes your honor."

"Please tell me why we should grant this Kasey."

"Your honor...ever since I have had my name legally changed, my brother Phoenix Winterborn has been doing everything he can to have his friends to force me to change a name that my parents had changed and paid for so that I wouldn't look illegitimate. I also want to have the injuction to prevent the company I work with, SEF from forcing me to change it when that is my legal name."

"Ok. Who is this Tori Adams that you have wrote down here?"

"Tori is the woman who since my arrival in SEF has been sticking her nose in my career and claiming that she has authorization to have me removed from the company because she believes that I am fake. My brother has sent her to take me out because of my last name being what it is."

"I see. Well Kasey..seems that legally they can not by law force you to change your birth name even if you are working in a company and using it as your ring name as well. Since you do pay taxes in the city of Chicago and reside here, Tori and your company will have to comply with my decision as I will be making it a court order that they are banned from forcing this upon you. Your birth certificate states your last name Winterborn and all your legal documents have that last name, so I am granting this injuction and ordering that SEF and all those with in the company, including your brother, must comply with my court order. If they do not comply then I will levee a fine on all those listed here on this paper, and they will have to pay the courts 2 million for punative damages and other court cost. Good luck Kasey. Court dismissed."

The judge bangs the gavel down on the desk and gets up from his seat, heading to his chamber as Kasey lets off a big smirk upon her face. Kasey walks out the door as the scene fades.

Upon hearing this news, no one was surprised, but SEF one to always comply, oh wait, no wrong company,yea,no one is complying except one person, Kasey, so called Winterborn, whatever that name means anyways!?! Viper could not be reached for comment as Frank E Dangerously, the President of SEF adressed the situation.

Kasey can stage all the corturoom dramas she wants, but facts are facts, and sooner or later she will have to own up to all of them, either that or win her steel cage match at WAR one hundred! SEF is not going to be fined anything, we are not being ordered to do anything. Kasey "Winterborn" is going to wrestle in SEF and may continue her facade all she wants, but must win her match to retain her name, case closed, on that. As for Winterborn, tsk tsk, you could of thought up a bigger name than that for I may know who it is, but I am a scout for talent and that name hasn't got much!
