Chris Rage, taught him the adapted power/aerial style that he used on the indy circuit. BiographyRage wrestled his last two years of high school and was a member of his school's ROTC Unit.  He lettered in his weight class his senior year before joining the Marines due to pressure from his father, who had also pressured him to be apart of the ROTC unit.  He played hard safety all four years of high school and enjoyed its hard hitting style.  While in the Marines he was able to get a BA in Security Management from the American Military University even though he had wanted to study film and computer, but once again his father made the decision for him.  Most of his life his father was a domineering influence on his life.  It wasn't until he finished his four year tour in the Marines did he finally stand up to his father.  He didn't want the 24/7 career that his father had as a security expert.  He wanted to wrestle.  His father kicked him out and Rage traveled with Jagger Silva to train first with Hernandez and Homicide in Houston, and then to Team 3D's school in Florida.  The two would team in the PCWF Global feds, GCW on the Gulf Coast, before returning to Arizona to work for Johnny Payne's SOS fed.  Upon his return he found out that Johnny's oldest child, Grace had returned to wrestling.  Being supremely over protective of his beautiful daughter, Johnny demanded Jay's father to send in Jay as a bodyguard since Jay's age and friendship with Gracie's half brother, Justin would be a perfect subterfuge so that Gracie would have no idea he wanted her looked after.  Little did he know of the long standing crush the younger Rage had on his daughter.  He would find out a few weeks after the two got together and despite his standard strict behavior over anyone associated with his daughter, he respected Jay Rage's direct and honest approach about the intentions towards his daughter.When FFE opened up the new couple jumped at the chance to help Gracie's cousin Matt Fox with his new brand.  Jay Rage was first content to act as co-head of the security force with Ash Silva keeping a close eye on Katana Matthews-Rodgers, one of the commentators, and Justin's pregnant wife, but the kidnapping of his girlfriend's little sister brought him out of his temporary retirement from the ring to become a full fledge member of the Kindred.Favorite Quote(s)He
