Viktor Cash to appear at PPV?

Rumor has it that Viktor Cash may show up at the PPV. No word what the reason but he recently signed with SEF and already his name is being throw around the arena. Also rumored to bring a couple friends along as well. Could this be a sign that Viktor has something planned for someone or is he bringing them for other reasons. No one knows.
