The Forbidden Door documentary streaming on NJPW World

New Japan Pro Wrestling has made a documentary about the recent Forbidden Door pay-per-view which is now available to watch on NJPW World.

Titled The Forbidden Door, the documentary explores NJPW's past with WCW, how the pay-per-view came to be and what lies beyond. It also features exclusive interviews shot specifically for this doc with Sting, William Regal, Chris Jericho, and more. A subscription is required to watch it.

The Forbidden Door pay-per-view was a successful one for both AEW and NJPW with over $1 million in gate money and millions more in PPV revenue. AEW President Tony Khan is looking at making this a yearly event but said that the show will have to be held in North America rather than going back-and-forth to Japan due to time difference.
