Simon Lee Nash

Steel Cage Tag Team
Simon Lee Nash & Brady Henderson vs. Phoenix Winterborn & A Native Americano w/Whitney Marret
Referee: Tom Walker

Simon Lee Nash is sitting down at the arena as the Steel Cage is slowly being lower into position in the ring. He admires it for a while just then the General Manager of War Kira Darland shows up and sits right next to him.

Kira: Should you be getting ready for the match. The doors will be opening up in a little bit.

Simon: It's all good. Just wanted to see the cage for myself

Kira looks at Simon weird

Kira: Why it's just a steel cage.

Simon glares at her back

Simon: No it's not just a cage. it's more then that. It's a science. The movement in that cage and what you can do and not do in that cage is alot different.

Simon offer his hand

Simon: Come with me.

Kira nods and they go inside the cage.

Simon: Look around. there is about two tons of steel and you notice that top. It's alot more narrow then that last steel cage. it's a newer look. you look for the soft spot in the cage. The ones that is meant for climbing. You can do alot of work about it. But Kira at the end of the day. It's about trusting your heart and trusting yourself in this cage.

Simon: Tonight i get to team up with Brady Henderson to deal with A Native Americano and Phoenix Winterborn. what seems to be funny is that Native Americano and Phoenix can't trust each other and right now i think myself and Brady have a huge advantage right now. You see plus i got a bone to pick with Native cause he attacked me about a week ago and cost me a match with Matt Ward. So yeah i am looking for some payback.

Simon: This cage has alot of history and is one of the most famous matches in professional wrestling. I remember Super fly flying off this cage and taking down don marraco. Or Kurt Angle doing a moonsault off the top to try to hit chris benoit or half of the crazy shit Jeff Hardy did.

Simon: Now i know i am not a high flyer but Kira tonight i might be temped to do something i would never do. Climb up there and fly. Just for your ratings and your love of this WAR show.

Simon: It's going to be a night to remember and i promise you when this is all said and done. Brady Henderson and myself will be walking out of this cage winner.

Simon gets closer to Kira.

Simon: Sometimes you have to be crazy enough to love what you do.

Simon kisses her forehead

Simon: To me, this is not just a job. This is my life and i am made to do this.

Simon: Tell Brady i will catch up with him later.

Simon leaves the cage and walk back up the ramp and disappears behind the curtain. Kira stands there at what simon said then orders the cage to be put up to the ceiling. She takes a deep breath and leaves the ring. She walks back up the ramp and disappears behind the curtain before the camera fades to black.

The dark shadows of the upper bowl mask the large physique of A Native Americano who sits in the back row sporting the swat gear with his leather cut bearing a patch on either side. One with his name on the right and the other with his club position, High Chief Warrior, on the left and his face a stone, the man a brick wall of expressions, however, those eyes tell you all you need to know. Dark and hungry, ready for any rage in a cage, ready for WAR. Those eyes watching the empty arena, the ring that seems so small from up here, but is seen quite clearly. A Native Americano was watching Simon just as he watches everyone in SEF, just as he has done for its entire existence.

So Simon has a bone to pick with me over what happened on Sacrifice this past Sunday? Well Simon, for your information, it was Matt Ward that I attacked thus giving him the win by DQ and it was you I told to be ready for WAR. I made you do exactly what I wanted you to do, come out here and lay it down for tonight's tag team cage match, unlike what you did for Sacrifice. You failed to deliver hype for Sacrifice and I gave you a warning, do it for WAR or what happened to Matt happens to you and since were booked directly head to head, I don't have to interfere in your affair cause I am already involved. Not that I would have had a problem doing so because the time for people to sit around the locker room and warm the fucking benches in SEF is over. You either step up or A Native Americano knocks you down and does whatever it is I am needed to do!?!

A Native Americano continues to stare out at the ring over the rows and rows of empty seats that tonight will be packed to the rafters. The cage hanging in those rafters catching A Native Americano's eyes of course and he just showcases pure hunger for what lies ahead on WAR.

I agree with you about this cage match Simon, its always special to watch and now to compete inside this steel structure, its going to rock. Tonight I rock you into that steel wall and believe in me when I say I can fly off that cage as well and will show you so. I seen those moments you talk about and I seen more right here in SEF like Daddy Mack with frog splashes, moonsaults, elbow drops, and more leave so many moments in that ring, in that cage. I watched my own wife get powerbombed off the top of a cage just like that one.

The SEW Talent Director pointing with his left hand to the steel cage hanging in the rafters, then lowers his hand to his knee.

I saw it all and more here in SEF and watched countless indies across this world thanks to the world wide web, but tonight is about stepping inside to tear each other limb from limb and that cold steel is going to feel very unforgiving because it is. I am more forgiving than the cage, but make no mistake Simon, I'm not gonna stop doing what I do and leading the Renegades of Peace to maul down anyone who doesn't pull their weight. In the tradition of Da Gangstas, although we may be a little more mild mannered nerds than those ghetto gangstas, we will serve justice to those who don't earn their spot when booked to compete in matches on any show in SEW. If you have a problem with that, then Simon, this cage match will be worth the price of admission, and then some.

A Native Americano's eyes showing he can be as cold and calculated as anyone and still damn sure looks hungry.

Now as for Phoenix and myself not being able to work as good as Simon and Brady, I cannot disagree. However, wasn't it this past Sunday you two were on opposite sides of the ring battling to win at any cost? And Simon, The Lone Wolf, is that who you are, or ya just thinking your gonna try and fool your opponents heading into WAR? I admit, I am a little like Mack when it comes to head games cause I got no mind to care about some two bit mind fuck. I'm producing episode after episode of weekly wrestling shows and now stepping in the ring because apparently people want to see me. And with the Renegades of Peace coming up to make sure everyone in SEF takes notice that the time for slacking off is done, I got no time to wonder. I got time to march into that cage and hope Phoenix has my back cause no matter how much he acts like Mack and is an asshole, I got his back in the ring when we be booked. I got respect for my wrestlers, but I don't got no reservations about calling anyone of you out on bullshit. I learned that from Mack, by watching him play so many greats like a fiddle, a maestro is Mack on that that stick. I know my fan is coming out in me right now cause ya all heard me say it before, Mack is my favorite and will always get a fair shot on my watch unlike what he got a year ago. But Mack does what he wants anyways, so he probably tuned me out by now and I'm a do what I want from now on and that means some of ya all may be getting Smoked!?!

A Native Americano standing up with no change in expression. Those eyes still hungry and focused on that cage as the SEW Talent Director moves his large frame to step over the back of the seat and walk off up the steps to disappear behind a curtain taking the scene back to black.
