Livid.

[The American Tradition]

Phoenix was, in a word, livid. After getting mobbed to end out WAR, Phoenix Winterborn showed up at Anarchy for his scheduled match against A Native Americano. His steely blue eyes warded off any potential interviewers. As he made his way to the gorilla, he had his RoP vest over one shoulder, the SEW championship over the other, and a mic in his hand. The sound guy asked him what he was doing here, but the only response he got was, "Hit my music. Now." Suddenly, "Release the Drones" by Eminem and Linkin Park blasted throughout the small arena, as Phoenix shoved his way through the curtain. The fans in attendance were cheering for him, more out of sympathy for what happened to him the previous night on WAR. Normally, he would be in joyful mood, slapping hands with the fans as he made his way to the ring, but tonight? Something was different. Something was...off about the American Tradition. As he got into the ring, he checked the mic, and started in.

"Cut my music."

Silence filled the arena for a moment before chants of "PHOE-NIX! PHOE-NIX" filled up the crowd.

"Now, for those of you who saw WAR last night...your SEW got his ass kicked six ways from Sunday. I'm sick,a nd I'm tired of the sneak attacks from these PUNKS who wanna go around like the own the damn place, and THAT is why I am out here tonight I am out here to make a stand, and I am doing it ON MY OWN! From day one of my professional wrestling career, I have stood as my own man. Yes, I am a tag team specialist, but more often than not, I stand alone, and from here on out, that is how I will stand. No more bullshit attacks, no more of this, that, or the other. By God, I am the SEW Champion, and I'll be DAMNED if I need help from ANYONE! Not Americano, not Drew, not nobody! If anyone here has a problem with this, I am NOT a hard man to find! But, to prove that I a man without a proverbial country once again..."

His free hand takes the vest that was draped over his shoulder, looking at it for a moment before dropping it, letting it float to the ground as he awaited his opponent for the evening.

[NBD]

"Hell Yeah" pumps through the pa and the crowd is jacked ready for a fight when A Native Americano comes through the curtain in loose blue jeans, untied combat boots, and his leather cut with his hair brushed back looking indifferent and calm, but those dark, hungry eyes showing something deeper than Phoenix can imagine. The fans rallying up behind the Director who seemingly ignores them.

ANA...ANA...ANA...

A Native Americano just hops to the apron and steps in picking up the cut and stands to look at Phoenix nodding his head no almost in a unworthy motion and shouts.

I'LL SEE YA IN THE MAIN EVENT, THEN YOU GO SOLO FOR REAL!!!

The Director turning and exits the ring to walk on up the ramp to the back with "Hell Yeah" still playing. A Native Americano disappearing behind the curtain and the music dying down, then we see the SEFTRON show the Director standing in front of his and Whitney's office when Greg Boone walks up to him.

Excuse me boss, mind if I get a word on what is going on!? Why is Phoenix leaving the Renegades and what are you going to do?

The Director just looks at Greg hungry and indifferent to it all.

Phoenix made a choice and he made the wrong one for his career because well he is worried about giving me enough to push his ass, he's gonna get shown up at the biggest show off the year and I don't have to do a damn thing to make sure that happens. I just know Mack, he won't let down SEF as Phoenix just did.

A Native Americano heading into the office shutting Greg out and the tron cuts out.
