Evolution 33 {12/5/03}

The shot comes alive with Paranoid playing and pyro shooting off inside the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California. The camera moves about the arena capturing the fans waving their hands and signs in the air. After a few minutes it drops down to Joey Styles and Joel Gertner at ringside who are sitting at the commentators table, fans jumping around behind them.

Styles: Hello everyone and welcome to Evolution where tonight we will see Spike Dudley get a huge opportunity when he faces Xanthus for the XCW World Title.

Gertner: Oh yea, lil Spike gets a huge shot and yea, he may have lost his TLC match before, but with teh way thing shave been going as of late, things look great for him.

Styles: True, Spike has been doing good. Also tonight we have that gauntlet match where Chief Matt will face ten people in SEF who have not been to active and each one he pins will be fired.

Gertner: Crazy man, but a good idea to weed out SEF of bad talent. Least we got Viper back and tonight, that is one man who is the exact opposite of bad talent. Viper is looking great.

Styles: Yes he is, Viper looks very ready to come back in a big way and run through the ranks of SEF. But hey, we also got a triple threat womens match.

Gertner: Women, oh yea, should be great, Lita and her thong, Casey and her chest, and Courtney and her, um, well yea, should be good.

Styles: Please stop, damn Gertner, now lets get on with the show.





Singles Match
Fortune vs. Viper w/Fate

The Whole World Hates You hits and Fortune comes walking out to the ring and does a pose on the turnbuckles, then waits. Superman by Eminem hits and Viper comes out with Fate following, he does his pose on the apron, then gets in the ring and the match starts. Viper and Fortune go nose to nose and Viper dares a punch, so Fortune rears back and delivers, then lays in quite a few and looks for an irish whip, but Viper reverses and looks for a clothesline, but misses. Fortune hits the other ropes and Viper meets him with a high knee. Viper then lifts up Fortune in a press slam and drops him throat first across the top rope, then runs off the ropes and nails hard clothesline on him. Viper picks up Fortune and tries for The Unforgiven right away, but Fortune backdrops Viper, then recovers and nails a quick elbow drop. He picks up Viper and hits a ddt, then comes off the ropes with a leg drop. Fortune goes up top and as Viper gets up nails a missile dropkick on him. Fortune picks up Viper and looks for the Fortune Teller, but gets shoved into the ropes and caught by Viper, then given a belly to belly suplex. Viper picks up Fortune and gives him Sinful, then looks for The Unforgiven, but Christopher Stone comes running out and appears to go after Fortune when Viper punches him to the floor. Fortune rolls up Viper, but only gets two. They both get up and Viper kicks Fortune in the gut, then gives him The Unforgiven and pins..............1..............2............3!

J-Lo: Here is your winner by pinfall....................................Viper!

Superman hits as Viper stands up raising his hands in the air. Chris gets in the ring and starts punching Fortune when Matt comes running out and puts down Chris with a ddt, then a powerbomb. Viper turns around and Matt sees him, the two staring at each other. Viper gives a grin and looks to back off, but Fate comes up behind Matta nd clubs him in teh back, then Viper charges and clotheslines him. He then gets out of the ring and heads to the back as Matt gets up and helps Fortune.

Styles: Viper was sure impressive in his comeback, but what was with Chris and now Matt allied with Fortune.

Gertner: Crazy it is, but hey, Viper looked great tonight.





Triple Threat Match
Casey Emerson vs. Courtney Michaels vs. Lita

Courtney doesn't show, so the match is changed to a singles contest. LoveFuryPassionEnergy hits and Lita comes out on the ramp, and taunts at the top of the ramp. The fans cheer as she walks down the ramp and rolls into the ring. Headstrong hits, and everyone waits for Casey to appear. Lita looks toward the entryway, but Casey comes through the crowd, slides into the ring and clotheslines Lita to the ground as the bell rings. She picks up Lita and suplexes her and goes for a cover. 1...kickout! Casey picks her and chops her a few times backing her into the corner. She goes up top and looks for a tornado DDT, but Lita shoves her off and Casey falls hard to the canvas. Lita goes up top and looks for a moonsault and hits it! She covers Casey. 1.....2....kickout! Lita stomps her a few times, picks her up and looks to whip Casey to the ropes. Casey reverses and throws Lita out of the ring. The two battle outside, with Casey slamming Lita's head face first into the apron. Casey goes to whip Lita into the guardrail, but it is reversed and Casey hits the rail hard. Lita goes back inside to break up the count, comes out and bodyslams Casey to the floor. She grabs her rolls her back into the ring. She springboards off the top rope and does a hurricanrana to Casey. She covers. 1...2...kickout! Lita stands behind Casey as she gets up, then spins her around. Twist of Fate! Lita covers again. 1...2....3!

J-Lo: Your winner of this match via pinfall....Lita!

LoveFuryPassionEnergy hits again as Lita celebrates her win. She poses for the fans. Casey gets up, and the two shake hands before leaving the ring.

Styles: Kickass divas match there. And a nice win for Lita. 

Gertner: Some good sportsmanship there by the two ladies. The guys could learn something. 

Styles: You know that Lita is gonna get a shot at Chae's title somewhere down the line. 

Gertner: No doubt.

Chief Matt vs. Abra, Chuck Alexander, Drayven Logan, Alex Arion, Kim Hardy, Jason York, Symphony, Lucas, Cassidy Michaels, Matrix
Stipulation: Whoever Matt Pins Will Be Fired

The wolf howl echoes through the arena as Born With Nothing, Die With Everything plays. The pyro goes off and the Chief comes out, with a wide grin on his face. He gets inside the ring, and removes his shirt. Alex comes out looking a little nervous. He runs at Matt, but Matt trips him and Alex falls flat on his face. He gets up and punches Matt in the face. Matt shoves him down. He reaches into his back pocket and pulls out a $50 bill. He hands it to the ref, and points off into the crowd. The ref turns to look and pockets the cash as Matt boots Alex in the balls. He sets him up for the Orange Crush Drop. He lifts him up...BHAM!..right to the canvas! 1...2...3! Security comes to take Alex out of the building. 

Styles: What the fuck was that?

Gertner: I think Matt just bribed the ref. That's fucking hilarious!

We then wait on the arrival of Cuck Alexander. About two minutes pass, with nothing. The ref sounds a bell. And starts counting. 1...2...3...4...5...6..7...8..9...10! 

Styles: Well...so much for Chuck. Whoever he was.

Gertner: Two down...eight to go.

Drayven then comes running out to the ring. He runs at Matt and manages a spear. He covers! 0.5...kickout! Matt shoves the guy off easily, and gets into a slugfest with him. He whips him into the corner, and gets him right in the face with a Bicycle Kick. He picks him up, takes him to the center of the ring, and nails an Eye of The Hurricane-type manuver. Drayven's head slams to the mat from the move as Matt covers. 1...2....3! Matt rolls Drayven's body out of the ring with his foot as more security comes to take him away. 

Styles: Is Matt even breaking a sweat?

Gertner: It's hard to tell. He's got the ladies coming up now. Dude's probably popping a boner.

Styles: Man...that just gross!

Gertner: Hey, I tell the shit like it is!

Symphony makes her way to the ring. She isn't really as good looking as everyone thought. Upon entering the ring, she tries to seduce Matt. Matt just ducks down quickly and puts her in a small package. 1...2....3! He pulls off her pants, leaving her em'bare-ass'ed and without a job. Matt takes a whiff of them, and gets a disgusted look on his face and throws them up on the ramp as Symphony heads to the back. 

Gertner: Damn...must be pretty bad for Matt to turn her down. 

Styles: Well...I'm glad she wasn't around her for long.

Styles: Well..so much for the people we didn't know anything about. Now it's time for some people who we've actually seen before. 

Fallen Angel by Poison hits, and out walks Abra, who recently appeared at Survivor Series but hasn't done anything since. She is much better looking, and as she gets into the ring, we can see that Matt is looking to get some. He goes to grab a mic.

Matt: Damn! Now..I wouldn't mind you staying around for a bit. Emily is kind of lazy...so...how 'bout me and you get more friendly?

Matt then slaps her on the ass. She slaps Matt across the face, and she then drops down and applies the Abrianna (Ankle Lock) on Matt. Matt looks to be in a bit of pain, but she doesn't have the move locked in that well. Matt kicks his foot out nailing her in the abdomen and knocking her back. Matt stands up and shakes his leg a bit, obviously not affected that much by the move. Abra gets up, runs to the rope, and tries to clothesline Matt. She hits him, and he stands there. She tries to hit Matt, but she can't do much to him since she is outweighted by about 100 pounds. Matt just grabs her by the hair and lifts her up for a jackhammer. He then slams her down to the mat and hooks the leg, putting his hand over her crotch as he does so. The ref counts. 1...2...3! Matt leans down, and kisses her on the cheek, as he grins and then motions for security to take her away.

Styles: Hey look. Matt's sweating. He must have found that to be a bit of a challenge.

Gertner: Nah...he's just sweating because he was thinking he was going to get some.

Styles: Matt's gonna kick your ass one of these days.

Gertner: Hey..I'm just telling the people the shit like it is. We have a horny Chief, plain and simple.

Styles: Just shut up, would ya?

Where Is The Love by Black Eyed Peas hits next and out comes Kim Hardy. She comes to the ring, looking somewhat confident. She enters the ring and walks up to Matt. She gives him a Chick Kick, and gets him right in the face. This takes Matt by surprise as Kim seems to be the first to actually want to keep her job. She manages to hit Matt with a hurricanrana. She covers and gets a two count. She runs off the ropes and dropkicks Matt in the face. She covers again and only gets a two count. She goes up top looking for the Kim-Ton-Bomb, but Matt clubs her in the back and she gets hung up on the ropes. Matt climbs up, turns her around, and comes off with The Matlock Drop. Kim's body lays there motionless as Matt just puts a foot on top of her. The ref counts. 1...2...3! Matt rolls her out of the ring as the security come. Matt takes a quick breather, and rubs his face where he was kicked. 

Styles: Well...girl put up a fight. But a 135 pound chick don't have a chance against a 225 pound Chief.

Gertner: Whitney is 135 pounds, and she could probably kick Matt's ass.

Styles: Ok..an unskilled 135 pound chick doesn't have a chance.

Renegades hits next and out walks Jason York. He has a kendo stick in his hand and takes it into the ring. He goes after Matt, but he moves out of the way and the ref gets knocked down. Matt turns him around, and punches him square in the nose. Matt picks up the stick, and starts nailing York over and over and over. He screams in pain like a baby. He rolls on the mat, but Matt keeps hitting him. Matt walks over and picks up a mic.

Matt: Do you wanna quit this match? Do you?

York: yes...

Matt: What? I didn't here you! What do want to do?

York: I quit! I quit!

Matt: You can't quit! You wanna know why?! Because your ass is fired!

Matt strikes him with the stick once more for good measure. He puts a foot on top as the ref counts three. Security takes away Jason as "Dirrty" by Xtina Aguilera hits. 

Styles: I know Matt gonna enjoy this.

Gertner: I think we're all gonna enjoy this.

Lucas removes his robe and gets ready to fight. He and Matt lock up and Matt shoves him down. Lucas gets up and throws a few punches, and puts Matt in an arm bar. Matt reverses the arm bar, and then hits a hard Full Nelson Slam. He covers. 1...2..Lucas kicks out! This makes Matt pissed, so he picks up Lucas, whips him to the ropes and takes him to the mat with a Flapjack. Lucas lays there, and Matt put on the Matt-Lock. Lucas starts to cry in pain. He holds on for a while, but eventually taps out, putting an end to the era of "The Legendary One" in SEF. Almost immediately, Living Dead Girl hits and Cassidy comes running out to the ring. She slaps Matt, then whips him to the ropes. She clotheslines Matt, and then amazingly gets him for a suplex. She tries to cover, but can't keep Matt down. She goes for the Twizted Insanity, but Matt grabs her, and piledrives her right into the mat. He covers. And the ref counts the three.

Styles: There goes another one. 

Gertner: Matt is certainly showing that he isn't going to tolerate any lazy asses.

Styles: Yeah, well, he just reduced the roster by nine. One more to go. Matrix.

Linkin Park's Numb hits the speakers and Matrix comes out to the ring. He looks extremely confident as he steps into the ring.

Styles: Matt's been in there a while. That might help Matrix out a little.

Gertner: I don't think so. Matt's getting rid of all these bitches.

Matt and Matrix hook up, and Matrix manages a Northern Lights Suplex Pin. He has Matt's shoulders to the canvas but only for a two count. Matt gets up rather surprised, but runs at Matrix and spears him to the ground. Matt picks him up and hits a snap suplex. A leg drop and then a cover. 1..2..kickout! Matt covers again. 1...2...kickout! Matt shouts at the referee. Then turns around to get poken in the eye by Matrix. He manages to get Matt up on his shoulder and hits the Dominatrix (F.U.) He covers, but Matt kicks out. Now Matrix starts to shout at the ref. Matt gets up and tries to shake out the cobwebs. As Matrix turns around, Matt grabs him and sets him up for the Matlock-Go-Round. But Matrix manages to slide out of it and behind Matt's back. He rolls him up. 1...2...3!!!

Styles: What the fuck?!

Gertner: The bitch just pinned the chief!

J-Lo: Ladies and gentleman...your winner of the gauntlet...and the only one to keep his job....Matrix!

Numb starts to play over the speakers as Matrix starts to pose for the fans. Matt is still stunned by what happened. He spins Matrix around and this time connects with the Matlock-Go-Round. Matt once again picks up a mic.

Matt: Congratulations on keeping your job bitch. You managed to do something tonight that few have done. You have your job...and you have your opportunity.

Matt goes closer to Matrix.

Matt: Don't fuck it up.

Born With Nothing, Die With Everything hits again as Matt steps out of the ring leaving Matrix in a heap.

Styles: Hell of a match.

Gertner: Certainly entertaining. But we still got the TLC Match for the XCW title next.

XCW World Heavyweight Championship
Spike Dudley w/Patricia Stratigias vs. Xanthus[c]

Welcome To Dudleyville hits and Spike comes walking out arm in arm with Patricia, the two step into the ring poase, then kiss. The Way I Am by Eminem hits and Xanthus comes out with his title and soon gets in the ring posing. He hands off the title to the ref who straps it to a loop that raises above the ring, then the match starts with a lock up. Xanthus overpowersSpike and backs him into a corner, then shoulder thrusts him, backflips away and looks for a shoulder thrust again, but Spike moves and shoves him into the ringpost. Spike rolls up Xanthus in a cradle pin........1..........2..........kickout! They both jump up and Spike punches Xanthus, but Xanthus soon ducks one and comes back with a spinning kick laying out Spike. Xanthus then comes off the ropes with a cartwheel into a standing moonsault. He then jumps out of the ring and slides in two tables, throws in like five or six chairs, then brings in a twenty foot ladder, but as he is, Spike dropkicks the ladder into his face. Spike then runs the ropes and flies over the top on to Xanthus. They both get up after that and Spike fires away with punches and looks to send Xanthus into the steps, but gets reversed and sent into them. Xanthus then picks up the ladder and takes it in the ring, sets it up and also sets up a table in a corner, plus leans the other in another corner. He picks up a chair and lays it on the table, then looks to grab another, but Spike jumps in the ring and flies at Xanthus with a forearm smash, then nails some elbows and hits a ddt on Xanthus. Spike gets a chair and starts bashing Xanthus with it, then picks him up and rolls him on the table, climbs the top rope and looks for a splash, but Xanthus rolls off. Spike though leaps off and nails a missile dropkick on Xanthus, then picks him up and gives him a scoop slam. Spike jumps up top and leaps off with a stomp to Xanthus' gut. He then checks the ladder and starts climbing. Halfway up, Xanthus gets a chair and slams Spike in the back, then climbs up and gives Spike a russian leg sweep off the ladder. Xanthus gets up and starts hammering Spike with a elbows, then lifts him up and gives him a piledriver. He rolls Spike on the table, then jumps up top and does a split legged moonsault crashing down on Spike. Both men lay in pain from going through the table, but Xanthus gets up first due to not taking as much of the blow and then starts climbing the ladder. He gets near the top when Spike barely gets up and climbs after him. Xanthus almost kicks Spike down, but Spike holds on and out of desperation nails Xanthus with a low blow. Spike then climbs up, grabs Xanthus by the head and twists around dropping Xanthus in a sort of Dudley Dog, but hurting himself a well a lil. Spike then gets up and looks to climb the ladder, but Xanthus recovers some and sweeps Spike, then grabs a chair and slams him over the head. Xanthus picks up Spike and whips him into the table, then runs at him, but Spike moves. Xanthus leaps up on the turnbuckle, then flies off with a back kick to Spike's head. Xanthus jumps up on another turnbuckle and nails a Gangsta Splash, then gets up and looks to climb the ladder when none other than Viper comes running out and meets Xanthus with punches. Xanthus fights back, but gets overpowered and takes down with a ddt. Viper sets up the table and picks up Xanthus, then gives Sinful through the table and gets out of the ring. Spike gets up and sees Xanthus down, wonders how, but starts climbing the ladder and soon reaches the top, gets the title and wins.

J-Lo: Here is your winner and new XCW World Heavyweight Champion...............................Spike Dudley!

Spike climbs down some and drops the rest of the way and Patricia comes in to celebrate with him as Welcome To Dudleyville hits. Viper gets in the ring and helps Spike to his feet and raises his hand, but then out of nowhere he kicks Spike in the gut and gives him The Unforgiven. Patricia looks to kneel down near Spike, but Viper stops her and piefaces her to the mat, then sneers to all three fallen people and leaves the ring.

Styles: Wow, that was a great match we just saw, Spike and Xanthus really tore it up, but Viper interfering spoiled it a bit.

Gertner: True, but hey, Spike finally won his first World Title, what a celebration this should be for him.

Styles: Yea it should, looks like Viper doesn't want friends either since he attacked them both. But thats it for tonight, see you all Tuesday.
