Shakedown 5 {9/14/08}

Back inside the MCW Arena in the motor city of the fucking world...Detroit for another Shakedown. The fans are packed in again and just as loud as previous weeks, "Bawitdaba" by Kid Rock blasts over the pa and our cameras roam all over the arena. We get a shot up at the brand new bar and resturaunt area seeing all the fans up there, then pan down around the ring.



Ric: Hello everyone and welcome to Shakedown. I'm here with Frankie meaning MCW is still going and going strong. Tonight we got a couple more first round matches for that title tournament, plus we see a new guy, Dante Martinz, debut in what is shaping up to be something to see.



FED: Yea it is, he and Thor fight the same and got similiar attitudes, should be a hell of a battle between the two bulls as they called themselves.



Ric: Should be, but only one can win and I'm sure everyone is anticipating who it will be.



FED: I sure as hell am. I'm anticipatimng this main event we got though, another tag team main event and a good one.



Ric: Oh yea, Whitney and Yesenia who were opponents last week team up tonight to face the team of Joe Dumar and Jason Vendetta.



FED: Joe and Jason with different mentalities on the role of women in this business, Jason I believe is in for a rude awakening tonight.



Ric: No doubt, trashing Whitney and Yesenia, two women who have done more than most men, bad idea. Least Joe isn't underestimating his opponents, but I wonder if he will conflict with Jason?



FED: Could happen, but Joe seems to wanna work, not sure about Jason and I don't know if its underestimation as much he's being a cocky prick, heh.



Ric: Either way he's in it for like ya said, so lets get on with the show and see what happens.







Singles Match
1st Round MCW Title Tournament
Hardcore Haz v. Mary-Jane Lewis



Our first match is set to happen and the first theme we hear is "Enter Sandman" which pumps this crowd up even more so than it is. From the entrance comes no one, so the cameras go around the arena.



Mr. Clinton: Making his way to the ring from Philadelphia Pennsylvania, weighing in at 240 pounds..........Hardcore Haz!



He's finally spotted coming through crowd drinking beer and weilding his cane. He walks around among the fans to the other side of the arena drinking beer and soon gets close to the ring and his music cuts out. We now hear "4 Minutes" hit the pa and here comes Mary-Jane.



Mr. Clinton: Making her way to the ring from Miami Florida, weighing in at 113 pounds..........Mary-Jane Lewis!



Mary heads on down the aisle high fiving fans along the way. She rolls in the ring and stands up, Haz rolling in the ring as well with a couple beers and his cane. The music cuts and Haz opens both beers as the bell sounds. Haz holds a hand to Mary and hands her a beer for a pre match warm up, well, Haz's ritual that is. She declines though, she's straight edge after all. The crowd boos a lil at this and Haz looks at her weird, then slams back a beer, but suddenly spits it out in her face. He then drops his beer and cracks Mary in the ribs with his cane, then takes her down with the white russian leg sweep. Haz rolls backwards to his feet and backs up a corner getting on the top turnbuckle.



Ric: Haz apparently taking exception to Mary refusing a beer.



FED: Well c'mon, what the hell is a wrong with a fucking beer?!



Haz leaps off the turnbuckles with his cane for Hazardous, but Mary rolls out of the way. Haz stands up and Mary jumps up with a dropkick knocking Haz back into the corner. She gets up and runs at Haz leaping to the middle turnbuckle and looks for a monkey flip, but Haz brings the cane up to her back, then shoves Mary down to the mat. He drops downw ith a cane shot to her ribs, jumps up and stomps on her head. Haz pulls up Mary and delivers a piledriver to her, then grabs his cane and climbs to the top rope. He yells for a beer, gets tossed one and cracks it, then slams it down and crushes the can to his head. Haz then leaps off with Hazardous connecting the cane to Mary's head. Haz cover sher now hooking her leg, 1.................2.................3!



Mr. Clinton: Here is your winner...........Hardcore Haz!



"Enter Sandman" plays and the crowd goes wild as Haz grabs his cane and stands up thrusting it in the air. He rolls from the ring and grabs some beer, heads out in the crowd drinking with them.



Ric: Haz advances in the tournament, Mary put up a fight, but seemed kinda off her game.



FED: Maybe it was the beer in her face, since she's "straight edge" she may have caught a buzz as she ain't used to alcohol.



Ric: Well I guess...but lets get on with our next match, Dante Martinez's debut against the unstoppable Thor!







Singles Match
Dante Martinez v. Thor



So now we hear "Saw" come over the pa and the new guy Dante makes his way out to a few cheers.



Mr. Clinton: Making his way to the ring from Brooklyn New York, weighing in at 275 pounds, he is The Pit Bull.........Dante Martinez!



Dante raises a fist in the air, then brings it down hitting his chest a couple times and swaggers down the aisle. He slaps a few fans hands on his way down, then gets to the ring and rolls in. He gets to his feet and looks around the arena as his music is replaced by "I Don't Want To Stop" bringing the fans to more cheers for his opponent.



Mr. Clinton: Making his way to the ring from New York City, weighing in at 250 pounds..........Thor!



He charges out thrusting his arms in the air, then charges down the aisle at full speed sliding in the ring. He pops up and he and Dante are inches apart staring dead in each others eyes. The ref calls for the bell and it sounds, then Thor raises a fists knuckles up and Dante nods raising his and they knock fists showing respect. The two big men then move into a lock up and circle around the ring trying to push the other to the ropes.



Ric: This should be a good match, two stocky men with agility and they may as well be neighbors considering where their from.



FED: You can say that, but lets see if their styles are really that similiar.



Dante moves Thor back to a corner, but suddenly egts turned into it. Dante quickly ducks and moves aroun d into a waistlock looking for a german, but Thor grabs the top rope keeping himself grounded. Dante slams a forearm to his back and tries for a german again, but THor keeps a hold on the rope, then slams an elbow back to Dante's head. Thor turns and using the momentum of turning slaps Dante hard across the chest with a knife edge chop. Dante responds with a punch and Thor throws a punch back and then it starts going back and forth like that. Thor hammers off some quick punches staggering Dante back some, then runs to the ropes bouncing back and leaping up with a shoulderblock. Dante ducks down and Thor lands on the middle rope hanging up. Dante gets upa nd kicks Thor in the ropes springing him to his feet, then grabs in a waistlock and nails a german suplex. He gets up on the second turnbuckle nearest to Thor and leaps off with a leg drop, then floats into a pin, 1...................2..........kickout!



Ric: Dante with a couple big moves and the first near fall.



Dante kneels up and pounds on Thor's ribs, then starts to stand up, but drops down slamming both knees into Thor's ribs. He turns Thor to his stomach and sits on his back, lifting Thor's arms over his knees and wrenching up with his hand under Thor's chin applying a camel clutch. Thor goes crazy trying to toss side to side and throw Dante off, but to no avail. Dante keeps his weight on Thor's lower back keeping him close to the mat, but Thor keeps fighting and inches his body up little by litttle. Dante stands up and drops down on Thor's backknocking the wind out of him. The ref asks Thor if he wants to give in, but no answer is heard, just his head shaking no and he tries powering up again. Dante keeps his hands locked together, but Thor manages to get his body up and on his knees. Dante still touching the mat and stands to drop down again, but Thor suddenly pushes up lifting Dante off his feet and drives him backwards with an unorthodoxed electric chair sort of. Thor rolls to the ropes trying to catch a breath and get up.



FED: Thor with some of that awesome power he has, but he took some punishment there.



Ric: The two are definitely like equals in a way.



Thor pulls himself up as Dante gets to his knees. Thor charges off the ropes delivering a hard kick to Dante's chest knocking him to his back. Thor then runs to the ropes, bounces off with an elbow drop, then kneels up and pulls Dante up into a sleeper. He keeps Dante sitting down and leans over him with all his weight crushing down on Dante's neck. Thor drives a knee to his back and Dante tries reaching out, twists around, but Thor keeps his arm tight around his neck. Dante wiggles around trying to get free, but just can't and he begins to wear down a little, his arms dropping from exhaustion.



Ric: Oh, looks like Dante may be going to sleep, Thor could have the match won.



Thor gets to one foot really putting the pressure down now, he gets to both feet leaning way over and as the ref grabs Dante's arm to check his status, Dante reaches up grabbing Thor's head and using the momentum pulls him over to his back, then falls to his. Thor sits up and grabs the ropes getting up.



FED: Nice way out of the sleeper from the other powerhouse in the match.



Dante pulls himself up and Thor charges at him with a clothesline, but Dante ducks it. They both spin around and Dante hits a forearm to Thor, then pulls him close in a bearhug and swings Thor around with a side belly to belly suplex. Dante runs to a corner and climbs up to the top rope doing a moonsault off the top nailing Thor and stays on for the pin, 1................2..........kickout! He gets up on his knees and hammers down some punches, then gets up yanking Thor up nailing a gutwrench powerbomb on him and drops back down for another pin hooking Thor's leg, 1......................2.............kickout!



Ric: Dante intent to win, but Thor intent not to lose.



FED: Two big beasts that are hard to stop.



Dante pulls Thor up and clubs him across the back a couple times, hooks him in a half nelson and executes a suplex out of it folding Thor over on to his stomach. Dante pulls up Thor and sends him to the ropes, bounces off the oppsite ropes and looks for a clothesline. Thor ducks and both men runs to the ropes and bounce off, Dante leaping in the air for a shoulderblock and Thor able to dive down under him. Dante flies right at the ref shoulderblocking him to the mat and he rolls to the floor not really out of it, but holding his shoulder and not able to do his job. Dante gets up rubbing his shoulder and turns in time to get nailed by Thor's Gore!



FED: GORE...GORE....GOOORRREEE!!!!



Thor kneels up and rolls from the ring to the ref, but Scorpion comes running out from the back with a lead pipe hidden behind his leg. Thor sees hima nd runs around the ring to meet with him with punches. Scorpion seems like a deer caught in headlights, but when Thor's close enough...BAM...he gets a lead pipe to the head and goes down to the floor.



Ric: Damn it, Thor almost had it won, but now with the ref down and Scorpion pulling his stunt Thor has no hope.



The crowd is booing and Scorpion grinning. He drops the pipe and lifts up Thor rolling him in the ring, then goes around grabbing the ref up and shoves him in the ring. Scorpion backs up the aisle now as Dante is recovering and sees Thor down. He shakes his head in confusion, sees the ref back in the ring and puts a hand to his head, but then gets up, pulls up Thor lifting to his shoulders and flips him off with the Burning Hammer landing Thor on his stomach. Dante turns him over and covers Thor hooking his leg, the ref looks up and slowly makes the count, 1.................................2.......................................3!



Mr. Clinton: Here is your winner..........Dante Martinez!



The crowd cheers for Dante who gets up raising his arms in the air while "Saw" plays over the pa.



FED: Dante not knowing what happened got the win, but even with what happened it was not easy for either man.



Ric: No it wasn't, a battle of the beasts like you said, but still, damn Scorpion for doing that!







Singles Match
1st Round MCW Title Tournament
Scorpion v. Nate Rupe



"Sinner" comes over the pa and the crowd boos with hatred for the man about to make his way out.



Mr. Clinton: Making his way to the ring from Amarillo Texas, weighing in at 220 pounds, he is Satan's Superman............Scorpion!



And out walks Scorpion raising his arms in arrogance, a smirk on his face as he heads down the aisle. He taunts the fans, baits them with gestures and insults, then gets to the ring stepping up to the apron and getting in the ring stepping with arrogance the whole time. His music cuts out and is replaced by "Superman's Dead" and out walks Nate.



Mr. Clinton: Making his way to the ring from Bakersfiel California, weighing in at 228 pounds, he is The Discombobulator...........Nate Rupe!



Nate heads down the aisle and starts running and slides in the ring only to met with a dropkick to his head from Scorpion. Nate gets slid back out landing on the floor. Scorpion gets up and hops over the top rope with a knee slamming down on Nate's lower back. Scorpion reaches under the ring looking around and pulls out a cookie sheet and a singapore cane. He lays the cane on the back of Nate's head, then stomps on it causing Nate to roll around holding his head. Scorpion starts swinging the cane like a madman cracking it across Nate's back and his legs.



Ric: Man, Scorpion is all over Nate, not even letting him breath.



FED: What ya gotta to do win. Scorpion may be an asshole, but he's not dumb.



Scorpion yanks up Nate and slams his head against the ringpost, then lifts him up sideways and slams his back against the post. He lifts Nate up rolling him in the ring, then climbs up to the top rope. Nate pulls himself up and Scorpion leaps off with a missile dropkick sending nate back down. Scorpion kicks at his lower back, then yanks Nate up and delivers a double arm backbreaker on him. He pulls Nate back up and looks for a powerbomb and hits, but grabs a hold of his legs and turns Nate over into the Deathtrap really stretching him out and cinching it in. Nate's eyes bulge and he starts tapping like drunk man pounding on the bar.



Mr. Clinton: Here is your winner..............Scorpion!



Scorpion lets go and the crowd is booing as "Sinner" hits and Scorpion grins.



Ric: A one sided match, but Scorpion...whoa, its Thor!



A huge pop is heard and Scorpion turns in time to see Thor charge across the ring at him and flatten himw ith Thor's Gore!



FED: GORE...GORE....GOORREEEE!!!!!



The crowd goes crazy and Thor stands over Scorpion raising his arms in the air as "I Don't Want To Stop" hits the pa.



Ric: Thor with some revenge from earlier, though he didn't cost Scorpion his match, still was a huge impact.



FED: The Gore always his with his intensity and power.







Before the main event gets underway the arena darkens a bit and the tron lights up showing three letters in white...C...K...O...and then we see three red letters...S...E...F...and then images of former SEF star Chris Orton delivering his CKO are seen, images of him holding the International Title as he is the longest reigning International CHamp in history. He's seen holding a few other titles, a shot of him staring at the World Title which eluded him, images of him bleeding are shown and then some more of him doing the CKO and a last shot of him standing tall with his arms spread wide before three red and white letters are shown...M...C...W...



...The CKO Is Coming To MCW!



And then the tron fades and the lights come back on, the crowd is cheering with anticipation.



Ric: Wow, Chris Orton is coming to MCW, this is huge news, wonder when he'll debut?



FED: Who knows, but the kid was pretty damn good, outta be an impressive one.



Ric: Probably will, but its time for our main event, a tag match, women versus men!







Main Event
Tag Team Match
Joe Dumar & Jason Vendetta v. Yesenia Lopez & Whitney Marret



The main event is seconds and we hear "Rise" hit the pa bringing this Detroit crowd alive like never before for Joe.



Mr. Clinton: Making his way to the ring from right her ein Detroit, weighing in at 236 pounds, he is the Messiah of Violence.........Joe Dumar!



Joe is doing the crucifix pose with intense eyes, then he pushes his cart of weapons down the aisle high fiving fans along the way. We then hear "All Hope Is Gone" hit the pa and here comes Jason to some boos.



Mr. Clinton: Making his way to the ring from Des Moines Iowa, weighing in at 214 pounds........Jason Vendetta!



Joe has several weapons in the ring and stands in a corner now as Jason comes walking down and rolls in, stands up and stares at Joe. The staredown is cut off turning their attenting to the entrance when "Summer Nights" comes over the pa and the crowd cheers for Senia.



Mr. Clinton: Making her way to the ring from here in Detroit, weighing in at 127 pounds......Yesenia Lopez!



Senia jogs out high fiving fans and stops at the ring staring in, then just slides in and jumps up ready to fight. We soon hear "Money, Power, Respect" hit the pa and the crowd really cheers for Whitney.



Mr. Clinton: Making her way to the ring from her ein Detroit, weighing in at 145 pounds.......Whitney Marret!



Whitney steps raising her arms in the air and smiles, then she heads down the aisle high fiving fans. They try piling over the rail to touch her and Whitney extends her hands to reach them, but then turns her attention to the ring and heads to it. Jason eyeing both women suddenly turns towards Whitney, grabs the top rope and flips over landing on Whitney crashing both to the floor. Senia runs at Joe surprising him with quick punches rocking him to a corner.



RIc: Whoa, Jason taking Whitney down on the floor and Senia taking the fight to Joe, this one starts quick.



Jason has Whitney up and looks for a suplex, but Whitney slips behind him and shoves Jason to the ring apron. Jason catches himself and turns rushing Whitney who ducks and and turns hammering Jason with punches rocking him up the aisle a bit. Senia is hitting some kicks to Joe's midsection in the corner, then she grabs a singapore cane and connects with his head. Senia climbs up the turnbuckles grabbing Joe in a facelock, then swings out planting him with a tornado ddt. Senia gets up and goes to the top rope sitting up there waiting for Joe to get up. Whitney and Jason brawl near the entrance now, Jason gets a knee to her stomach and runs Whitney's head against a metal support of the tron, smashes her against it again, then drops her with a reverse ddt. In the ring Joe is up and Senia leaps off looking for the Senia Spin, but Joe holds on to her and counters with a powerbomb. He bounces back to the ropes and runs to Senia dropping a senton on her and leans back for the pin, 1...................2...........kickout!



Ric: Near fall by Joe, but how touch is Senia to kick out of that powerbomb.



FED: True, that had to hurt pretty bad.



Jason has Whitney up and is walking her down the aisle, but Whitney with a resurge of energy lifts up Jason delivering a back suplex on the floor and both are down. Joe has a cookie sheet and pulls Senia whipping her to the ropes. She bounces back and gets nailed with the cookie sheet to the head going down. Joe drops the sheet and lifts up Senia hooking her arms, then lifts her straight up and delivers Violent Impact headfirst on the cookie sheet. Joe flips her over and hooks her leg, 1........................2......................3!



Mr. Clinton: Here are your winners............Joe Dumar and Jason Vendetta!



We hear "Rise" hit the pa and the crowd is cheering for Joe who stands tall doing the crucifix pose. Whitney is on her feet and kicks Jason in the ribs, then lifts him up looking for Southern Pride on the floor. He grabs her legs, but she kicks at him and Jason backs away and backs up to the entrance. Whitney motions him to come back and fight, but he backs up through the curtain. Whitney turns to Joe who looks at her, then Whitney just shrugs and points to him clapping her hand sin approval. More cheers are heard and Joe can be seen saying, "thanks" and then we hear "Bawitdaba" hit the pa.



Ric: Whitney never entered the ring and Jason never got back in, them two may have some unfinished business, but her and Joe seem to have some respect for each other.



FED: A lot of respect between them two, can't wait to see what may happen between Jason and Whitney could be a huge rivalry.



Ric: Probably will be, but we'll have to wait and see cause tonight is over, see ya next week everyone!



The fans are still pumped up and cheering loud, the camera roaming all over the arena and then the show fades to black.
