WWE is pushing Cody Rhodes as their top star for Hell in a Cell

Following WWE WrestleMania Backlash, the company is moving towards its next peacock special, Hell in a Cell, on June 5th.

The promotional material for the show was recently released with stars such as Cody Rhodes, Ronda Rousey, Bianca Belair, Seth Rollins, Ronda Rousey, Bobby Lashley, Edge, and Drew McIntyre featured.

The biggest star missing is Roman Reigns, which is expected as it confirms Dave Meltzer's report that the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion is not scheduled to work this event. No matches have been confirmed for the show, but Rhodes is the star featured in front of the other stars on the poster, an indication he will be in the top match on the card.

He's likely to work a Hell in a Cell match with Seth Rollins, which would be their third match against each other. Rhodes previously beat Rollins at WrestleMania 38 and WrestleMania Backlash.

Another match that is likely to be booked for a third time is Edge vs. AJ Styles. The WWE Hall Of Famer beat Styles at WrestleMania Backlash thanks to a distraction by Rhea Ripley, the latest star to join Edge's The Judgment Day faction alongside Damian Priest.
