Dwayne Johnson is celebrating the small moments of fatherhood.
On Thursday, the Black Adam star took to Instagram to share a video of his 4-year-old daughter Tiana singing "The Itsy Bitsy Spider" to him — while he was attempting to get some shut-eye.
"Many of you know my pain (and joy)," Johnson began the caption of the video. "Attempted to take a quick nap but my littlest loving tornado kept coming back every two minutes to genuinely ask me, 'Daddy how are you sleeping?'"
Unfortunately, Johnson was not able to avoid her questions.
"After my 7th time of saying, 'Daddy is sleeping great baby, thank you for checking on me' ... she says 'I know what you need.' ... She puts the dog's toy by my mouth and then serenades me with 'Itsy Bitsy Spider,' who apparently loves stomp-walking all over Daddy's face," he continued. "Then hits me with the walk-off mic drop of 'Goodnight daddy, I love you.'"
He concluded with, "We act annoyed, but secretly, us [daddies] never want this kinda stuff to end. The hell with it, I'll sleep next year."
Johnson added the hashtags #GluttonForPunishment and #BringItOn.
The former wrestler, who is also dad to daughters Jasmine, 6, and Simone, 20, spoke to Fatherly last November about raising his three girls.
"What was intentional, was doing my best to be a better dad than my dad was for me," he said at the time. "And my dad loved me with the capacity that he had, but we had a challenging, complicated relationship. So now with my daughters, especially my younger daughters, the intention is to just be a good dad and be there. That means taking them to school every morning, picking them up, taking them to soccer, being that dad."
Last June, he shared a photo of the Father's Day breakfast that his youngest daughters set up for him on Instagram.
"I realize more and more just how much these moments of caring & kind matters," the actor captioned the post. "Makes my T-Rex heart so full knowing that this comes naturally to my baby girls. Characteristics that'll take them very far in life."
