Backstage reaction to Bray Wyatt’s WWE return

Following weeks of 'White Rabbit' teases, Bray Wyatt made his return in the final moments of the WWE Extreme Rules event.

After the lights went out and various Firefly Fun House characters were shown in the crowd, the former WWE Champion appeared in a doorway on the stage, before removing his mask.

Fightful Select reports WWE sources have indicated that Wyatt's appearance was very well received. The company was happy with the buzz surrounding the White Rabbit teases ahead of the show.

There have been a lot of changes made in WWE since he last worked for the company as Vince McMahon announced his retirement, Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan took over as co-CEOs, and Triple H currently oversees creative.
