Comeback Season remains in full effect for WWE, with the market-leading promotion seemingly hoovering up at least one new signing every week at the moment, taking the likes of Bray Wyatt, Karl Anderson, Luke Gallows, and Braun Strowman off the market.
But the promotion isn't slowing down. With its talent roster growing by the week, WWE reportedly has its sights on adding more notable names.
Dave Meltzer reported WWE's interest in Mia Yim during today's episode of Wrestling Observer Radio. Yim is now a free agent following her IMPACT Wrestling deal's expiration this weekend and had previously wrestled for WWE between 2018 and 2021. Head of creative Paul 'Triple H' Levesque is trying to bring back old NXT names released prior to him ascending to power, with Yim on the list.
So too is former ROH Champion Matt Taven, whose own IMPACT agreement expired over the weekend. Fellow ROH alumni Vincent and Dutch have also been the subjects of WWE interest. Both were backstage for last night's episode of Raw, though there is no indication that they have signed yet.
Meltzer also noted WWE's interest in JONAH, the former Bronson Reed, who was NXT North American Champion under Triple H. WWE has targeted JONAH in the past, with the big man seemingly catching the eye for his post-release performances in NJPW.
As previously reported, Sarah Logan is expected to return to WWE imminently.
