Evolution 10 {5/16/03}

A pyro shoots down from the rafters and is followed by several as Evolution 169 by Nevermore begins playing and Evolution kicks off live from the sold out 1st Mariner Arena In Baltimore, Maryland! The camera pans over the screaming crowd, showing many of them who are waving their signs in the air before it cuts over to ringside where Joey Styles and Eric Bischoff are sitting at the commentators table!

Styles: Hello and welcome to Evolution here in Baltimore! I am Joey Styles with Eric Bischoff bringing you all a good show tonight!

Bischoff: Yes, it certainly looks good! The vacant Tag Titles are up for grabs with The Dudleyz fighting Matt Matlock&The Jackal for them!

Styles: Also, the Women's Title is on the line when Patricia defends against Emily, Torrie, and Victoria in a fatal four way!

Bischoff: Should be a good match! There is Kayleia Manson challenging Cassie Michaels, which should be good as well!

Styles: Oh yes, both of these women are good athletes and should be considered contenders to the Women's Title, so this match should be good!

Bischoff: Plus Velzian and Chris Cyrien fight it out, two big men who can go!

Styles: Should be full of power moves, only time will tell which one will win though! Now lets get on with the show!

Singles Match

Chris Cyrien makes his way to the ring, but there is no sign of Velzian, so the ref issues a ten count and awards the match to Chris!

Lillian Garcia: Here is your winner by countout.............Chris Cyrien!

Styles: That's not right! Velzian didn't even show up for the match!

Bischoff: He must be scared! I wonder if he will show up for Cassie's match?





Singles Match

Kayleia makes her way out with Bryan who stands at ringside, then Cassie comes running and does her thing! The bell rings and the two women lock up! Cassie gets Kayleia back in the corner and begins working on her with some elbows before whipping her across the ring and then running at her, but Kayleia gets her foot up in Cassie's face, then clotheslines her! From There Kayleia works over Cassie with some mat moves that look really good and are quite effective in wearing down Cassie, but Cassie still fights back somehow! She ends up blocking a suplex and suplexes Kayleia who gets right up only to be dropkicked by Cassie! Cassie then looks to run off the ropes, but Bryan grabs her foot and trips her up! Kayleia takes advantage and kicks Cassie in the head, then grabs her leg, locking in a stf! Cassie struggles some and makes it to the ropes, but the damage was still done! She picks up Cassie and whips her into the ropes looking for a swinging neckbreaker, but Cassie ducks and flies back with a forearm smash! She then picks up Kayleia and body slams her before going to the top rope! As she is on the apron, Bryan pulls her down causing Cassie to hit the apron with her head! The ref turns to him and yells at him when Kayleia gets a chair and lays it in the ring! Spike runs out and attacks Bryan from behind, laying into him with elbows, then slams his head into the ringpost and the two fight it out! Cassie crawls back into the ring and his grabbed by Kayleia who hits a swinging neckbreaker on the chair, then slides it out of the ring! The ref gets Spike and Bryan separated, then sees Kayleia pinning Cassie and slides in and counts, 1............2............3!

My Plague hits as Kayleia celebrates her win, then gets outside and heads backstage with Bryan!

Styles: What? Kayleia stole that from Cassie cause Bryan kept interfering!

Bischoff: No, Bryan just evened the odds since Spike ran out!





SEF World Tag Team Championship

Bubba and Matt start off with Bubba rocking Matt backwards with some regular Bubba punches before elbowing him in the head and hitting him with a clothesline! Jackal run sin, but gets powerslammed down! Matt gets up and kicks Bubba in the back, then picks him up and punches him back to the corner where he steps on the second rope and starts laying some right hands! After about five or six, Bubba picks him up and steps forward hitting a falling powerbomb! The two crawl to their corners and both tag out, bringing in D-Von and Jackal! They run at each other and D-Von clotheslines Jackal, then whips him into the ropes and hits a back elbow on him! Jackal gets up and D-Von body slams him, then heads up top and hits him with a headbutt! As they both get up, Bubba gets in the ring and knocks down Matt as D-Von lines up and they hit Jackal with the 3D and D-Von pins, 1.............2.............3!

Lillian Garcia: Here are your winners by pinfall and new Tag Team Champions................The Dudley Boyz!

Bombshell hits and The Dudleyz celebrate their win when Matt jumps in and gets in their faces, but The Dudleyz lay him out with a couple punches, then Bubba tells D-Von to get the tables which he does! They wait and soon put Matt through a table via the 3D!

Styles: Yes, The Dudleyz won the Tag Titles! They are now four time SEF Tag Champs, what a feat, more than anyone else has ever done as a team!

Bischoff: So what, they cheated by using that table! I hate The Dudleyz!





Fatal Four Way
SEF Women's World Championship

Victoria makes her way out and is soon followed by Emily, then out comes the Women's Champion Patricia Stratigias! Torrie fails to show due to walking out on SEF! Victoria starts by clubbing Emily in the back, then bringing her to the ropes and backdropping her to the outside! Patricia runs at Victoria and clotheslines her to the outside, then one they both get up, she whips Victoria into the steel steps! Patricia picks up Emily and rolls her into the ring, then slides in and sets her up for a bulldog, but Emily ends up shoving her into a corner, then rolls her up for a two count! Victoria jumps back in the ring and clotheslines Emily, then picks up Patricia and body slams her near the ropes, goes out on the apron and hits a leg drop over the top rope! As she gets up, Emily kicks her in the stomach and hits the JLT and pins Victoria, 1...........2.............3!

Lillian Garcia: Here is your winner by pinfall and new Women's Champion.................Emily!

Over Protected hits and Emily receives her newly won title, which she holds high above her head with pride and honor! She poses for a few minutes, taking in her big win!

Styles: Wow, I can't believe Emily won the Women's Title!

Bischoff: Me neither! She won fair too, so she definitely deserves it, but what a big win!

Styles: I know, unbelievable, but I guess anything can happen! Anyways, that's it for now, see ya next week!
